Pizza is good, but completely overpriced. The glory days of Round Table Pizza apparently died in the 90s. It might be fine for take out, but way too expensive.

The pizza came out delicious and the staff are friendly!But I'm giving 2 stars because we dined in and was serviced like it was take out. The pizza was served in a to-go box. There were no pizza serving utensils nor clean utensils. The parmesean and red bell pepper shakers are greasy and not clean.This location is not very kid friendly. It looks like a worn down scary dentist clinic. It's very outdated. The walls, chairs, and tables are filthy. I don't recommend coming here after winning a soccer tournament.The pizza is very good, but its very overpriced.I'm sorry to say, but I won't be bringing back my family to Round Table. As a 90s kid, I can see this location going under.If you want overpriced pizza as takeout, go for it!But I don't recommend dining in.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. They used door dash for my delivery and didn’t give him my actual address. They gave him a random area in Fairfield no where near my house and the driver left it on the side walk. The picture is posted below. This is not the drivers fault because after I got in touch with the driver he said all he was given was a zip code. No physical location.I tried calling round table to get a redelivery or even a refund and could not get a hold of the location after 20+ times of calling. Their phone seems to be disconnected. Very disappointed with the service of this establishment especially considering round table is not cheap. Will never order from this location again.

They are great. I always request my oizza being well done, almost burnt. 70% the time the pizza places will agree to it but it is still floppy. I don’t like floppy pizza. Round Table in Suisun City did it PERFECTLY. NO other place has done it quite right, but these guys did. 5 star for sure.

This was the first and last time we'll eat here. For starters, we walked in, and no one seemed to know where the menus were. So we waited for those to be found, and the price was too much for what we got. We'd pay the same price for chuck e cheese and our kids can play video games for an hour.The pizza did arrive and it was good. The fountain root beer had run out of syrup and the front of house offered a bottle, which was nice and just about the only thing I could compliment about the night.My toddler daughter needed to use the restroom, so I took her to the men's room which was DISGUSTING. We were the only patrons, so I took her to the women's room. It was cleaner, at least, but there was no toilet paper. Which I'm sure wouldn't have been to hard to solve if I told someone about it, but the deed was done, and I didn't feel like hanging out in the women's bathroom waiting for TP.Lastly, I stood at the front for a to-go box for longer than was comfortable to stand there. While I waited, I heard one employee shouting "Don't take anymore phone orders. No more phone orders!" (It was 7pm and they close at 10?) He finally came out and asked me what I needed, I asked for a to-go box and some to-go glasses. He brought me a box and said they didn't have to-go cups. Which I have a hard time believing since there were "round table pizza" labeled paper cups hanging over the beer tabs right behind him.I guess they had(?) Or sometimes have(?) A salad/pizza bar, but it didn't look like it gets used and I assumed it was taken away due to covid.Regardless, we tried it. We were glad to go somewhere new, and the host with the goatee is the only reason anything about this place was nice. (And the pizza) but neither are good enough for us to try here again.

This specific location is lacking education & training. I've placed a handful of orders from this locations and none have been right. Todays was just unacceptable, I ordered a Large pizza for 2 people being that they only make pan crusts in the Large size. I was expecting the dough to be thick at least 1/2 an inch think and my dough was the complete opposite. The pizza was barley warm and the veggies were barley roasted. .. not only was the pizza disappointing but their customer service is not very welcoming. I think driving the extra mile next time for better pizza is the way to go.

Servers did not confirm my pickup DoorDash order and I had been waiting for 20 minutes. They told me I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes and refused to offer even an apology of any kind. Customer service means nothing at this restaurant
The restaurant itself was FILTHY! Windows and glass doors obviously had not been washed in days. Grimy filth in the corners. Chair rungs and table legs had old dry food on them. Bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Looks to not have been cleaned in months. No paper towel or toilet tissue. Quite apparent that the owner of this Round Table store doesn't give two craps. The young lady working was very pleasant and efficient. She made our pizza quickly and delivered them piping hot. She is far too good of an employee to work in this rat house of a restaurant. I give her 4.5 stars. And, I hope she finds a job at a much better place.

Sunday night, we arrived at Round Table on sunset around 8:30pm. We waited a few moments till the rest of our party arrived. They arrived at 8:45 pm. We were 3 families , 7 adults and 7 children. When I had placed my order with assuming Manager Brian, things were great. He was friendly and even advised that ordering online could save us some money, but I had declined. My sister did place her order online as well as our other sister. Mine was the only one done at the counter. I placed my order at 8:52pm and was told it would be done in 20 min, we found a spot where we can all sit together and enjoy our dinner. I received my order around 9:20pm, my sister received hers at 9:25. We all began to eat all while our other sister was waiter for her order. Nobody at this time nor when we placed our order did they mention that we needed to leave at 9:30pm. At this time, our sister still had not received her pizza, and it was 9:31pm. The manager (assuming) Brian then said that we needed to leave because they were closed. Our sister had told him that they were still waiting for her order. He walked back, and it was sitting behind the counter and stated that she never asked for her order and, therefore, it wasn't their fault. 2 min later, Brian comes from behind the counter and says that he had already asked us to leave and that we needed to start picking up because they were closed. Again, we were never addressed and told that we needed to be gone before 9:30pm. He told us at 9:31pm, He then started to Harass along with the 2 other employees (girls) and stated that if we did not get up and leave, he was going to call the police and has every right to refuse service. My husband had told him that our sister had just received their pizza two minutes ago, and if he would allow us to let the children eat that we would be out of their way, he said no, and that it was not his problem and still threatened to call the cops. He did indeed call the police. We were not the only people in the restaurant. There was another gentleman who happened to be homeless that they didn't ask to leave, just us. All we were trying to do was eat and leave back home. We have always stopped there to eat after coming back from six flags since it's on the way home. This has never happened to us before and we have been to that restaurant a lot of times. Brian and the other 2 employees were flat out disrespectful, yelling and cussing at us all while we told him they didn't need to talk to us that way and we had children at the table listening to everything. Things were escalating. Around 9:40 i went to have a conversation on the side with Brian and one of the female employees and told him that If would have mentioned to us when we had placed our order, that the dinning area was closed or that we couldn't sit down or mentioned something of the sort then we wouldn't have stayed, he did say that he failed to mention that to me. The female employee then said she didn't say anything because she was trying to accommodate us. I did mention i was going to file a complaint, and one of the female employees just laughed. We did end up leaving around 9:45 and as we were leaving 3 police had arrived. We did not get to speak with them, but it's so unfortunate that we will not be going there ever again. They definitely need some training on how to speak to their customers and learn better customer service. We didn't even complain that our pizza was not cooked completely and / or cut correctly. The pizza was definitely not good and undercooked. We couldn't even pull the slices apart without ripping the toppins off. I hope I get a response back regarding this situation.

I placed an online order at the Round Table in Suisun in which it was stated that the order would be delivered in an hour. I waited over an hour and no delivery. I called the establishment to check on the status of the order. The worker acknowledged my order and told me that he had canceled my order because they ran out of dough. I asked him why he didn't call/email to notify me. He admitted that he did NOT notify me, and said they now have dough...and that I can resubmit my order. I am VERY disappointed at the manner in which this was handled. My children and I were very hungry and had been looking forward to "Friday night pizza" all day! They really love Round Table Pizza and was very sad that their Friday night was ruined!!!

This is my first time at this location. Ordered a large Hawaiian. Not much of the two toppings, ham and pineapple, lacking cheese and the crust not good and flimsy. Will try once more and hopefully it will be better or I will not be coming back. Also, I have had RT at other locations that were better than a five star.
