DO NOT ORDER here ; I just got an Iced Matcha Latte and I should of said smthg right away because it looked foamy and all the ones I always get are not… literally took 5 sips max and was all Ice and foam. Wasted my money and time !

It depends who is working the day you go, some of these employees do not like their job and it shows especially at the window! I get it if someone is having a bad day but it's almost everytime. I work i get tired of it sometimes but I still have to give my best everytime that's what you do in the work field. Also fix your scanner for once Starbucks 😂

I ordered a ventai iced mocha,No whipped cream at the drive through . I received a vente iced mocha with whipped cream. The girl at the window told me I was being difficult. She removed The lid and flung the whipped cream off with her finger and tried to hand it to me. I asked for my money back. She then told me if I was going to be difficult.I shouldn't come there anymore. Hahaha don't worry I won't.

Slowest service I think I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. Even with a full staff present, we waited over 30 min for two drinks and a pastry. Another customer was waiting just as long as we did for two drip coffees, he ended up walking out. Then to top it off, I ordered double shots and received watered down, weak coffee. I usually don't write bad reviews but this was unacceptable!

I spent over 17 minutes in the drive thru. I honked my horn once and when I got to the window she asked if I honked and why. As I started to tell her she interrupts me very loudly then yells at me it's not her fault. Then Katie comes over, cursed at me and demanded i get the ruck out of her drive thru!! I tried to explain to her what was going on and all she could do is curse at me and call the police!!! So is this how you train your people??

I came in around 5 am and I understand being at work super early and not being fully awake however, I went thru the drive thru and the lady who took my order was very abrasive in the way she spoke when taking me order and when taking my payment. I won’t be coming back here as the service was not what customer service should be.
