My husband just recently went there to get my mom a drink. My mom was lactose intolerant and they don’t have any Lactaid milk. She can’t have oat milk or any other milk substitute when my husband went to order her drink he just told them just to put the ingredients in and we’ll just take the ingredients and make the rest of it at home. They flat out refused to make it and made it with oat milk. She cannot have oat milk for people that have lactose intolerant problems. I think Starbucks needs to actually have Lactaid milk, not satisfied.

This location checks all the positive boxes. However, the one thing I DISLIKE about this location is that you cannot easily re-access the cafe from the outside patio. The door to re-enter is ALWAYS locked and you must walk all the way around the the front of the store. So annoying and such an inconvenience! And it's always FREEZING inside. Bring a parka if you plan on sitting inside for long.

The drive through person on 11/02 at 0810 am was so rude. I even tipped when paying and she just handed me my first drink and closed the window then handed the second drink and did the same thing. What happened to common courtesy and being thankful I purchase your product.

The atmosphere is not as good as the location on Sunset
The newest Starbucks, and this was my second time going. The first time, I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. This time, 3 cars and my order were incorrect. I corrected her two times, and when I got to the window. ..still wrong! I wasn't going to wait for a redo, and I won't be going back ??♀️

This is my favorite Starbucks location!The Staff here are very friendly and have great customer service.I work remotely and have the benefit of getting my work done here on a daily basis, my “other office”.There are power plugs and plenty of tables to get your work done or simply power up your laptop and cell phone.The bathroom is always clean and does not need a code for entry.The patio is spacious and allows you to enjoy your drink while enjoying the cool breeze of Suisun City.There are times when it’s really busy here simply on location and drive thru availability. But, the staff is great and will bring your coffee to your table if you have to wait.I have visited many Starbucks and this place always has my coffee prepared right!Hot coffee with a pump of hazelnut syrup and a splash of heavy cream, delicious!Thank you Management and Staff!I recommend this Starbucks to everyone!

I was having a not so good morning, so I decided to get Starbucks to make me feel better and the pretty bartista with the red hair just brightened up my day. she was very kind and funny. She even got me to try something new and it was actually really good. Definitely will be coming back here just for her.
