My husband just recently went there to get my mom a drink. My mom was lactose intolerant and they don’t have any Lactaid milk. She can’t have oat milk or any other milk substitute when my husband went to order her drink he just told them just to put the ingredients in and we’ll just take the ingredients and make the rest of it at home. They flat out refused to make it and made it with oat milk. She cannot have oat milk for people that have lactose intolerant problems. I think Starbucks needs to actually have Lactaid milk, not satisfied.

This location checks all the positive boxes. However, the one thing I DISLIKE about this location is that you cannot easily re-access the cafe from the outside patio. The door to re-enter is ALWAYS locked and you must walk all the way around the the front of the store. So annoying and such an inconvenience! And it's always FREEZING inside. Bring a parka if you plan on sitting inside for long.

Nothing bad to say about service or food, employees were great. Bathrooms are really dirty tho, the same poop stain is on the toilet from yesterday. And the Dyson dryer is not working correctly.

Only 2 employees were working during my visit, not sure if others were working in the back, etc. I think they prioritize the drive thru over inside customers. I guess I was there between shift changes, one employee was ordering drinks post shift and the other ordered food pre-shift. Management needs to Manage...ruined my customer experience. I waited an unusual amount of time for my order to be taken and to receive it. The lobby was disheveled; practically every table had remnants of previous customers. This is a new store that probably needs Corporate oversight... the Manager needs to be retrained. The drink was okay, I was just over it by the time I received it.

Let me tell you, after having such a bad experience with the starbucks in vacaville pebody, this one went above and behond , professional, customer service is one of the best, Kevin you made my day and the family's day after what happen. All drinks made perfect, we could not ask for such more better experience. Thank you. You deserve more then that tip. This place has leadership and it shows that.
Terrible service,no sleeves for hot drinks!! I went in the drive thru,She put 2 cups instead and she didn't close it all the way. As I was passing it to the other person in the car it opened and spilled everywhere...and we got burned. I told her and she had a terrible attitude, didn't even apologize. I asked for napkins and walked sooooo slow to get them. Will not come here again, I asked for the manager and he just said he couldn't do anything about not having sleeves for hot drinks...ridiculous.

Prices are outrageous. There is a lady there that is not rude but is. Crack a smile or stay home. When I say thank you, respond or stay home. Not a one time but an all the time. Only do drive thru. And we only go there if heading out 12 for the day.
