I frequently order from this establishment, typically a few times a month, as it's important for me to have a safe and enjoyable space for my meals. Whether I’m ordering to-go or dining in public, it can be particularly challenging for me due to my eating disorder. Just yesterday, I had a smooth experience when I placed my usual order and picked it up without any issues.
However, today I decided to place a second order because the food was so good. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem. While the funds were deducted from my account, the order itself was stuck loading in the app and never went through. After noticing this, I waited in line and approached one of the workers to explain that I was there to pick up my order. They appeared confused and informed me that there was nothing in their system regarding my order.
I showed them my phone to prove that the payment had already been taken, but despite my explanation, they refused to make the sandwiches I had paid for. Though I managed to get the name of the employee, I was given no guidance on how to contact someone for a refund. The lack of assistance was disheartening, and I left empty-handed, with no solution offered, not even in the form of a gift card.
I understand that these situations can occur—I’ve worked in retail for over seven years myself and know how things can sometimes go awry. However, for someone with an eating disorder, finding safe environments to eat is limited, making this experience particularly frustrating. While I have usually been treated with respect and hospitality at this location, today’s service left me disappointed and uncomfortable, making me reconsider my future visits. It felt as if they just wanted to take my money without providing the necessary support or information to address the issue respectfully. Thank you for the lack of help.

I ordered 3 sandwiches today. Once delivered to my suprise it was bread sandwiches. There wasnt much inside the sandwiches. The lady said if I wanted more then I need to ask for more. I ask to speak to the manager. She called and said her phone was off. I asked for a refund and she told me no. She had an attitude because I asked who made this sandwiches.

I just came from here I always ordered the same things I would always place a mobile order and every time I do they always forget my extra extra pickles I came back here today instead of giving me my extra pickles they gave me extra cucumbers instead I don’t know why they always do this even when I look back at my order it says I ordered extra pickles and my bread is never toasted when I arrive on time its just that I hate when they forget something I really really want in my sandwich and they never make my food fresh for me!

Horrible customer service. We walked in an hour before closing. They were starting to clean and I get it they want to finish up early but it was still open. We waited for 5 minutes to be helped and they didn’t even have the courtesy to say we’ll be with you shortly so we walked out.

So their online ordering system is down, they say wait 5 minutes, well 10 minutes later its still down and they refuse to honor any deals or BOGO. That isn't how you do business, I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS LOCATION A SINGLE PENNY AGAIN.
