So their online ordering system is down, they say wait 5 minutes, well 10 minutes later its still down and they refuse to honor any deals or BOGO. That isn't how you do business, I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS LOCATION A SINGLE PENNY AGAIN.

I want to give this place a zero stars, OMG, why do people think they can treat spaying customer any kinda way. I am so tired of the rude, arrogant workers. My daughter and grandson ordered sandwiches and it was the person making the sandwich that was rude, arrogant and just not caring or listening. Why should consumers have to deal with this treatment and we are paying, we were not upset or agitated, we just wanted a sandwich. We have had with is terrible service, I'm sorry if you HATE YOUR JOB, but please do not take it out on the customer. Not going here anymore. Going to Jersey Mikes.

If I can give them a 0 star i will but a older lady that works there has no clue what's she's doing first off there was a new employee she was making a sandwich for another customer while this lady rang us up for our food she looks over at the new employee while she was putting mayo on the gentleman's sandwich she went up to her and grab the majo bottle from her and did it herself like she didn't trust that she can put majo on a sandwich, another thing we asked for a 6 inch sandwich she cut up a foot long after she had cut it she took the piece she was going to give us and trimmed it by an inch and threw it away in the trash I don't know how I'm supposed act towards that and just kept quiet but that literally don't make sense and just being greedy or wasting food a inch on a sandwich isn't much and lastly I asked her if she can toast my bread twice well that didn't happened after I repeatedly said if she can I don't think she understands English but customer service is really bad wouldn't recommend her to be upfront wouldn't recommend going to this subway never again hope you guys don't waste your money here

I make long distances, I went to buy food in the subway, and I could not use the toilet, because they had it closed.

The workers are nice but I feel like they're trained to give less meat portions. You literally have to ask for extra meat to get the right portion they already use to give. You might as well make it with sliced bread. It's just not worth it anymore.
at 7pm tonight Spanish lady. Very dissapointed of how she made my sandwich with way too much mayo and my personal pizza overloaded with cheese. It was terrible. Bad way of making our food

This is the second time I’ve come there to not be acknowledged…then when I turn to leave the mom is yelling at me “how many sandwiches do u need” so i tell her no thx …and she’s yelling again “I can take ur order “ I only have a few minutes before I have to leave..the dad w the turbin gives me a hard eye roll…never again

It's a Subway- nothing fancy. But the food is good and the place is clean. The workers are always nice and there is usually a small crowd. Which to me, tells me people agree.
