Amazing service 10/10 my server Jocelyn was very attentive all ways made sure are drinks were filled. Overall experience was amazing other than a lady from the kitchen saying she needs a smoke brake because she’s working split shifts. TMI by the way. Also my wife said that the lady’s room needed some work. 3/27/24

We go to this diner often for breakfast. Our experience has always been great yet, I would like to give a special shout out to Royce for his impeccable service today. My daughter and I stopped last night after spending the day in ED with my husband. It was late. Royce took the best care of us and was so upbeat and positive with us. We both walked out with fully bellies and awesome experience. Royce is the "MAN"! Tonight we stopped back with my husband as he had just been released from the hospital. Mary was great and remembered us from last night and gave us excellent service. Along came Royce and remembered us too and started again with the joking and friendly attitude. I'm here to tell you, more restaurants need managers and waitstaff like these two! Made our day again and welcomed my husband home in top notch style. Thank you!!

I said 4 stars just this time. I ordered a omelet a veggie one and it just had a ton of mushrooms in side and on top. And very little cheese. I love thier food. I just wont complain it wasn't a big deal. But it wasn't what I order.but will always go back. Because thier food is great.Vegetarian options: Menu on line lol

Came down to the Suisun Black Bear diner craving for meatloaf and this place never disappoints. The meatloaf hit the spot, it was very tasty and satisfying. The staff and waitress were very accommodating and prompt.
The food is fabulous, Avocado toast, so simple yet so delicious.

One server for the whole restraunt.Took us 1 1/2 hours to get our food. Mine was cold. They never came back to our table except do drop off the check. They over charged us. But we just wanted to be done. 66.00 for a child's pancake. Two adult breakfast nothing special. Waitress was not having her finest moment. Never

My most recent visit here I was standing in line for way longer than I should have so that got on my nerves immediately... When the lady at the register finally took my order I told her I wanted to cancel ONE THING off the order, but instead she cancelled THE WHOLE ORDER... Smh. I don't understand when these restaurants get busy with a lot of customers coming in it's like they get Attention Deficit Disorder all of a sudden and start making A LOT of mistakes. I felt invisible when I walked in the restaurant and I think the workers in this establishment need to pay closer attention to customers that want To Go orders. I had my mouth all tuned up for some pancakes but thanks to the incompetent workers who didn't seem to pay much attention to ME or what I was ordering I got annoyed and just walked out. Next time I want something from Black Bear Diner I'll just use Door Dash instead. Also I wish people would stop bringing so many of their loud snotty nosed kids in the restaurant. It's a little annoying and also distracts the workers from focusing in on getting MY ORDER CORRECT...
