Usually buy donuts for the kiddos here once a week, we went in to try their new menu. We went in around 12 and they were sold out of a lot of ingredients (including boba) BUT everything we were able to get a mochi donut, Carmel frappe & Bahn Mi were all on point for a little hole in the wall spot! The lady who made my sandwich wore gloves and provided great bilingual service and tried to give us a heads up on what they were sold out of!

I love this places donuts and coffee. The staff is friendly. But I for the world's saddest breakfast bagel the other morning. A single tiny and kinda cold sausage patty for a fairly large bagel, which was barely toasted. It was toasted for long enough to make it warm, but sat there for a minute and cooled back down. The egg was bland and the cheese did not melt at all. All for the high price of $6.75 I guess I'm going to stick to their donuts and coffee as an occasional treat. Still looking for somewhere with a good breakfast sandwich.

Horrible Customer service , it's so obvious the girl with the blonde highlights and lash extensions HATES her job. At least sound like you want to be there. This is probably the best donut store in Suisun Fairfield area but jesus there could definitely be better options for employees

This is an update. The place has new ownership. The donuts are good but the service isn't and the prices are ridiculous. I guess donuts are expensive now... WHY??? I use to brag about the chocolate old fashion donuts around the corner from my house but since the change in ownership the donuts are different. The old fashion donuts I loved are not the same. I now have to go to Vacaville for donuts... I know I'm spending money on gas HOWEVER, the service is good and friendly and the donuts are great. Sometimes quality and service are worth the drive. If I want a quick donut I'll run in sunset for 1 donut.

I went here today and paid with my card. I walked out and a couple minutes later one of the ladies was knocking on my car window saying their internet messed up so their system didn’t take my payment. I told them it went through and it even asked me if I wanted a receipt (which I had clicked no). They had me check my bank and since it had only been a few minutes the charges weren’t showing. I went back in and paid again and now both charges are showing on my bank statement. I called them and let them know they charged me twice and they hung up on me the first time and the second time I called they said they were too busy with customers to figure it out and I should just drive back to them to get my money when I had already started work for the day. Their donuts are fine but the customer service is really bad. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Very rude staff. Received the wrong donuts because she was rushing me out, and there was no one in the store. I will never visit this place again. All of the homeless all over, nope.

I’ve been going to this donut shop since the 90s and it has never disappointed. Best donuts in town, hands down. When I come to visit from the east coast, I always make sure to stop here.

Very Rude employees!! Service is horrible, I have been a customer for 20 years now but since the store change ownership it went terrible. The donuts and coffee is not fresh and doesn't taste and smell the same and the people work there are not nice to their customers. I hope they can change to better service and better donuts. I really miss having a local donut shop near my house. Now I get my donuts in Fairfield or Vacaville.

They don't make donuts here. They ship the donuts in plastic from a galaxy far far away and the result is a terrible, stale, tasteless donut that looks n feels like cardboard. It doesn't even smell like a donut shop and the folks running the place wouldn't know how to make a donut if it smacked em in the face. Go across the street next to Rite Aid n get a real donut.

We just moved to Suisun City in April and this was my first visit and I am VERY satisfied!The apple fritter tastes like I just came from Apple Hill and my ham, egg and cheese croissant was perfect!I LOVE this place and will be back!
