Ok, so, my roommate and I ordered from here. A drive to pick it up. 1st of all it's confusing as you step thru the door. 1 way for the Chinese food orders the other for the Mongolian BBQ part. Once I saw an employee I said I was there to pick up an order. We chose pork chow mein, teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef. None of these was to either of our liking. The chow mein noodles were a weird texture and lacking in seasoning and "the breath of the wok." The terryaki chicken was not like any we'd seen before, it looked more like sesame chicken with crispy chicken nuggets, a sweet sauce and sesame seeds on top it didn't read terryaki at all. The broccoli beef was okay nothing to scream about. 3 items costing just shy of $43 and we threw out the "terryaki" because the crispy batter went all soggy and there was no way to save it. The other items need help which I might be able to fix but all this to say...
STICK TO THE MONGOLIAN BBQ
Parking: The spaces closest to the restaurant belong to black bear diner.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is standard width and might be tight but the partition separating the Mongolian BBQ side from the Chinese restaurant side might be an obstacle and if trying to dine in at the Chinese side it might be harder as seating for to-go orders might be an obstacle.

Rice does not come standard with an entree and there is no option to order rice through Uber eats. When I called and asked if it was missed in the order I was told they don't provide rice with an entree. Staff was unhelpful and short. Don't waste your time or money.

Been here a few times but I'm noticing they like to discriminate. 1st time going they ask me to put on gloves, OK understandable.2nd time i went a white man was in front of me everyone else had gloves but him I told the guy he said it's ok...thus may be his 1st time he dont know..I'm like but you made sure I put on gloves. Still gave them my service. Tried to give them another chance so I go in with my daughter for dinner,we sit in front wait to be helped he walked pass us twice did not greet, I'm looking at the menu he come back he said you ready I said yes. Then a white guy came in he skipped over us and said hi sir dine in or take out? Then walked away to the back came back ask the guy again so I walked out. Very rude I would say. You lost one customer sadly.

Restaurantji Recommends
Great variety of fresh meats, veggies & sauces. Friendly, attentive, professional staff.
I came in for soup because my man wasn’t feeling well. I wasn’t sure what to get, The young man at the cash register suggested two different soups that may make him feel better. when he handed it to me, he says “I hope he feels better soon”. It really is the little things that make a difference!! I’ll definitely be back when he is feeling better! Just when I was sure the younger generation has no skills when it comes to customer service. Thank you young man! And the soup was yummy!!
Good tasting food and reasonable price.
Fantastic food whether you have the Mongolian barbecue or order off the menu. I love having the Mongolian barbecue with szechuan chicken over the top.
