I wish there was a option for 0 stars.. don’t place a mobile order at this location unless you want them to give your food to someone else and then refuse to remake your order or give you a refund.. the manager pretty much told me I was shit out of luck

KFC and Taco Bell in Menifee are simply fantastic. I frequently order breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is always fresh, and the prices are great. I save big money when I order on the app.

Ordered the 12 piece and some biscuits and gravy the biscuits were rock hard and when we drove around to the drive thru we saw a sign for 14 pieces for $25 we paid 40 just because we added biscuits! I talked to the manager I felt the cashier should of told us about the special but she said it would be up to us to ask about specials so basically we paid about 20 for hard as rock biscuits not good customer service

Ordered 2 four piece meals order was wrong and everything was cold the only thing warm were the extra biscuits we ordered we bragged about this place and after this bad experience we will never return for the money we spent it should've been real good and fresh and hot and they never answer the phone.

Terrible food and service its very apparent there is no leadership in that building needless to say I won’t be going back…asking me to park to wait for my food is understandable but they refused to bring it to me when it was done I had to get back in line. To put a cherry on top the food was still cold
