Just average. Chicken used to be juicer. Ordered spicy sandwich and they gor it wrong and didn't have time to return it. Wouldn't be my first go-to.

I wish I could understand... every time I come here, they always get my order wrong?!?..The worst part is being asked if I want something, that I had forget to ask for, the employee asked me if I wanted it... and then didnt give it to me?!?! I ask them to switch one thing on what I ordered, I have done it the last 3 times, and they have got it wrong.. 3 times! The food is good, taste is great, but its always a good idea to check the order before you drive away, and 92% chance they have got something wrong, or forgot an item etc..

Always an issues of the restrooms always tidy always being neglected smells so bad crew should assign member to take time to clean table restrooms crew members not friendly when taking orders.

Went to this location twice in the last couple months. First time was just ok. Second time worse. Picked up the order and decided to check it and it had no sauce in the bag. What looked like the manager was too busy chatting (personal stuff) with what looked like a friend to help. So I waited. The Kid behind counter said oh I forgot. I get to the car and my wife said they didn’t put all the sauce she ordered. I go back in and get attitude from said kid behind the counter. They want you to use the online ordering but it doesn’t work very well. Top it off the app said 20-30 minutes we tracked it and got there with 17 minutes remaining so waited. The order popped up complete went in picked it up dealt with the sauce issue. Got home only a few minutes away and everything was COLD like it was old food or sitting for a long time. Also wrong sauce! Sub- par Chicken order was over $70.00 before discount ordering with app. And they want $25 an hour for this crappy food and service! Not spending my money on this crap anymore!

I went to KFC today due to some fried chicken craving. I ordered alone 8 piece bucket and 3 piece tender meal with fries and lemonade. The fried chicken was peppery and too salty. Didn't have any crisp to it. The tenders were even worse. It was stale and too salty. The fries tasted like it was a reheated version from previous night. The biscuit that came with the combo was not great either. It was crispy as supposed to being soft and fluffy. Overall the food taste and quality was terrible. KFC was my first option when it came to ordering fried chicken. But I don't think it will be anymore. Really disappointed with the whole experience.

My wife and I visited this location, we felt like some Taco bell, it was exactly 8:36 pm. We ordered through the drive the drive thru, I had ordered #3 and #9 both large. So we were in line basically by the door with a few cars in front of us. The manager I noticed had locked the doors and customers were trying to get in. And they couldn't,so I had made a comment to mngr you are not supposed to close front door till 9:oopm that's what the business hours indicated. In retaliation when we had gotten home with our food,we unrapped the tacos were all broke up along with my wife Mexican pizza, what else could it have been but a dirty swing at us the customer who pays hard earned money for our food to be that way. I'm concerned off how many other customers they retaliate on. I'm very disappointed in this location.

Ordered mobile order, missing parts of my order. None of the sauces that I specifically ordered or butter for the dry ass biscuit. And new mashed potato poppers taste like cardboard.

Now this place has done a great job training their staff in customer service! Every experience has been a good one. Very respectful and courteous. Food is great as always! Kudos to management for running this place and staff so well!

I wish there was a option for 0 stars.. don’t place a mobile order at this location unless you want them to give your food to someone else and then refuse to remake your order or give you a refund.. the manager pretty much told me I was shit out of luck
