This is the second time they short changed me on the 14 piece drums and thighs we recieved 5 thighs and 6 legs do the math, not 14. As tight and expensive as everything is to be ripped off by kfc/taco bell not one but twice

They don't accept 100 dollars bills. Just bc one or two people bring fake bills doesn't mean everyone does.love KFC but I think KFC need to implement better way to fix those kind of problems..

The chicken breasts and nuggets were like rubber and ice cold. We couldn’t eat it. I tried calling the restaurant to tell them but their phone is off the hook. Terrible waste of 20.00. I think it was left over two days ago food. Never happened there before but even the people over there weren’t friendly. I guess selling food like this they must have gotten a lot of complaints. Thus not taking phone calls.
Unfortunately we went to this location and had bad service all around. The workers attitude at the window was not friendly, our orders were incorrect. We received no straws or utensils. We ordered both KFC and Taco Bell. The lady working today 6/7 around 9:30pm was not working alone and it was not that busy. We didn’t even get a receipt to do a survey so I came here. I hope they do better.
I just ordered through uber eats and the food was delicious! Best KFC Ive ever had. Well done cooks!

Just place an order thru their website and it was an special advertising from kfc it keep on declining my card I came into the store and explained to different people who claim to be managers no one want it to give me their corporate number everyone try to give me the run around because they claim or at least one that it was my card after trying to call a number that I was given with no one to be able to talk to I gave up and went to a regular site to order it this time no specials and to my surprise my card went right thru so this is a false advertising from this company that do not honor their own advertising on line .so disappointing I will never comeback to KFC any more I rather gi to a place we're they would take my money and not try to blame their website or just give customers the run around trying to said it was my card.I really would like to talk to anyone in charge of this location so I can express my thoughts about it

This is the best KFC I've been to in the states (overseas locations are crazy good). Clarissa is super nice and helpful, helped me find the best combo for the family. The food is fresh and tasty, the biscuits are insanely soft and buttery. Chicken sandwich is delicious. I stopped going to KFC in the US because of the quality but this location is the exception! SO GOOD.
