This used to be the best KFC around but they have really taking a dive. Tonight I ordered two pot pies, two apple pies and some biscuits. What I pulled up to the window they charged me for my entire order and then I was told that they only had one of the pot pies ready and I could either wait 30 minutes or get something else. I did not want anything else so I said I would wait for 30 minutes. I waited 35 minutes going through the drive-thru a couple times just to check. At the end when I received my bag of food I was now in a rush to get home and didn't look in the bag. Of course, no biscuits.

My husband and I wanted to take a nice meal over to my Sisters and Brother in laws home, while we watched the football game this past Sunday.We chose Kentucky Fried chicken because we really enjoy them in the past.I placed a mobile order, e got there a little early in the drive thru. The young man in the window told us it wasn't ready yet to pull around and come in and get it in 10 minutes. So we did as he asked. We were a little disappointed they couldn't bring it out to us when it was ready . We saw many employees bringing food out to other vehicles.Me husband went in just before 10 minutes and it was sitting on the counter. We took it to our destination and proceeded to set everything up to enjoy.The fries were only half filled, they gave us no sauces for the chicken tenders, the chicken was soggy, the buttermilk biscuits were hard as a rock, 2 napkins for a meal for 4. I ordered an extra mashed potatoes and it can as a single serving. They need to fix their menu so that a person can discern between single serving and a family size:( So so disappointed

This is like the third time this has happened. I used to go there once a week for the kids now I'll never go back. I ordered a 16 piece bucket and a large coke. When I got home I had only 10 pieces! Almost a whole chicken, not enough to feed all the kids! You'd think with the prices you could at least get the whole order. Couldn't even get help when I called. It happens so often you wonder if thier double selling. The food was nothing special not even warm. Thank heavens Popeye's and Chick File will be open soon. Bye KFC if you don't recognize!

Worst KFC food I've ever had!!!! They threw the boxes into the bag so all the food spilled out, the chicken tenders were more breading than chicken & the biscuit was hard as a rock, you could of broke a window with that thing. Straight awful!!! ?

So we ordered the boneless regular family meal. The drive thru guy charged us 29.99, which was $10 more than their posted price. I figured boneless costs more. But then we got home, opened it up, the saddest 8 pieces of bone in chicken. The two sides were partially filled. It was not worth the money, even by Biden economics. The kids were totally disappointed. I didn't want to back and get my money back. We just wanted to avenge our evening. Pissed off!

This is the only KFC in the Sun City area. The problem is with the employees. They can't seems to get the orders right. I always order the 2 chicken breasts with the wing. They seem to get it wrong either giving me thighs which I don't like or drumsticks with one breast . Out the last 5 orders in the past month only 1 order was correct. That is my only complaint. Can somebody teach the employees what a breast is? P.S always check your order before leaving.

Hit or miss depending on who's working I guess. Some Times you get good food bad service sometime to get good service. Sometimes just bad everything unfortunately that's more often. really messy and unorganized.
