I go to this place at all the time today I had the worst service ever. There was a customer who ordered a good amount of different sizes of ice cream and the employee was alone, to make it even worse she didn't stop making a Bunche of ice creams for the other guest a least to dispatch me and continue with him I waited in line for a good 40 minutes and the ice cream that she prepared for me was not the right amount !

For the workers? 5 stars easily. For management? 1 star. How can you only have 2 workers on a Sunday night 1 hour til close? Line out the door. You screw over the workers by doing so. Maybe hire more people. With a real pay.

Came at 9:56 to get 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and the door was already closed and locked. One of the employees came out briefly and I asked why I couldn't be served if they are open until 10. He said because all the machines have already been cleaned and can't be used. I said I just want one scoop of ice cream and he said sorry. Seriously...i get they want to go home and it's last minute but it's not like I want a huge order or something complex. Don't come within the last 10 minutes or they'll probably be closing up and not serve you.
Very poor service from the manager herself with the biggest attitude and likes ordering her cashier around and as a manager should be able to trouble shoot it pacify a customer instead decided not to service me and I'm handicapped obviously walking with a limp and a cane. I live few houses near the school and have been going to BR for 20+ years and only this time that I had a run in with anyone in my neighborhood or others. There used to be an Asian man in this BR before and he is so nice. This girl needs a lesson in good manners and right conduct. Hope this business thrives with someone working for it. She can bring it down.
