We stopped in for a very quick bite to eat on our way somewhere else. They were very accommodating by putting our food in to-go containers.

They need more help. Service is slow. Specially if people are paying for the venue. The lady with the curly hair was trying to help everyone. The one with blond streaks was super slow and never took us our order.

We LOVE coming to Big Jim's! Great restaurant with delicious food! The service is unmatched, Hugo and Diana always help us when we come in and they are always on top of the service. All the servers are amazing. We recommend the avocado turkey melt, all the breakfast items, and definitely need to try the carrot cake for dessert! Hugo #1

I attended a meeting at this restaurant at 6:00 p.m.

I didn't see any other customers in the restaurant. It was only the six of us.

I ordered a New York steak medium rare and I got a steak that was well done. It was not tasty at all. It did not even look like a New York state because it was thin.

The mashed potatoes were okay but the vegetables were not very flavorful. I don't know if they have a salad bar anymore but it was not open the night we were there. We got a small side salad.

I decided to top off the meal with a dessert and, believe it or not, they did not have any desserts whatsoever! Jaime said that they make the desserts fresh and no one had made them the day before. I didn't ask him why.

I was disappointed in the restaurant because I thought I had found another classic restaurant. This restaurant is 48 or 49 years old.
