Great neighborhood spot and fire smoothies. Very recommend trying the popcorn chicken (spicy).
I love this boba house so much. After school I always go here and every time they make my drink it’s the best. The workers are kind and generous. They are very hard workers. During rush hour, they always make the drink in a reasonable amount of time.
I come here at least once a week. Just an FYI, they offer spicy popcorn chicken now - and it's soooo good. 😍
For my fellow spice lovers- or if you're the kind of person to never skip out on a salsita for your meals, I recommend the extra spicy popcorn chicken if you're also ordering a beverage. A perfect match. *muah* 🤌
This place is a blessing of tea for the community. I grew up with Laurel Canyon Plaza and, personally, I think this spot is one of the best things to have happened.
Grieved for RadioShack and KB Toys. Boba Snow House is a great cure.
Boom. 5 stars.
I stopped by this Boba Snow House today with my wife to get a drink. I been to the Granada Hills location before so I wanted to try this location. I was planning on getting a green apple slush here. We found parking easily in the big plaza this place is in. When we walked inside, they only had 1 other guest dining inside. I looked at their menu and did not see Green Apple under the slush menu. So I had to go with the Strawberry Slush and upgrade it to the large size. My wife got the Guava green tea and asked for light ice. It didn't take long for our drinks to be ready. I thought the strawberry slush was alright but I would've prefer my green apple. My wife like her Guava green tea drink from here and they give her light ice like she requested. The 2 ladies working tonight were nice and friendly with us.
This place is great! And it’s close to my house
Not the first time coming here, big and spacious spot, the best popcorn chicken in the valley in my opinion. It doesn’t look like it came room a frozen bag. Boba is great too
Was looking for a boba spot that had popcorn chicken and found this place. Inside there is plenty of seating and the place is clean and up to date. Ordered an Ube Slush and a side of popcorn chicken.
The popcorn chicken was good, sucks they don’t have a spice seasoning level like some other spots do. The slush was very good and was just the right amount of sweetness and not too overpowering.
Great boba for really low prices, at least for LA county. Every ingredient is always fresh, I really like the fried chicken bowl. By default they use mocha mix I think, so if you want a better tasting milk you gotta request it.
Only gripe is it's understaffed most times, but with low prices and it not being too busy it's hard to knock it for that.

Was in LA for work and decided to get boba, but wanted to try a non-commerialized place. Business is in a small shopping center and easily accessible. The store was quiet, and it took a minute before someone came to the front. Workers can't see the main area unless they're standing at the register, and I didn't hear anything when I walked in to signify my presence in the place. Menu had a good selection. I ended up trying a lavender milk tea with the Sakura boba and the coconut jelly with ube. The lavender milk tea was good, though the boba had a somewhat soap after taste to it, but I wanted to try something new, so it was what it was. The coconut jelly with ube, however, was absolutely amazing. Not too sweet, but such a delicious coconut flavor and the ube really added to it. I also liked how it came in a glass mason jar, which i can reuse at home and not have to throw out. Absolutely loved it. Would definitely come back for the coconut jelly alone.
