We came to Carl's Jr through the drive thru after my son's baseball practice. I ordered the western bacon cheeseburger combo. They gave me a double western bacon cheeseburger combo which I did not order. The cashier was not friendly at all, she had no customer service and seemed to have an attitude. I ordered criss cut fries which they gave me in the smallest box. They charged 16.99 for that combo and it was wrong. At least my son's food was okay. Carl's Jr do better, the prices are too expensive to not give the correct food.
