My daughter loved it. She had lots of fun on the trampoline, And on all the rest of the games. It is sooo much fun for the kids. I highly recommend if ur trying to have fun with the kids defenitely a place to consider.

The staff at door was very friendly and helpful but the rest was not. I give u a 2star because I was not told if u purchase min u have to use that same day ,until I went to leave I asked the lady who I asked about when I purchased them she didn't tell me I couldn't use them if I leave ( im disabled n I was hurting to mich to stay longer) so I lost out on 45mins cuz she didn't explain it to me well how they work! ? the buzzer never went off on my pizza so I got it cold

I was really upset that the salad bar was with little to no options no fruit they only had can pineapple and dried oranges and 12 per salad bar it's ridiculous pandemic or not the salad bar should be marked down if there won't be enough variety.Kid-friendliness: ALLOT OF KID GAMES AND NEW TRAMPOLINE ALTHOUGH ITS NOT GAIR HEIGHT RESTRICTION IS 52' MY BIG KIDS COULDN'T GET TO PLAY WITH MY TODDLER.

*OVERPRICED !*Would be nice if parties could be at least an hour longer without having to move from the “reserved” party tables after the second hour for the amount of money you’re paying them.Parking: There’s a big parking lot but finding parking near venue can be a little difficult sometimes. don’t forget to hide your belongings & lock your doors ! Lots of lost souls wandering around- likely up to no good.

This a great Chuck E Cheese!! Oscar the manager is on top of everything. We held our school’s fundraiser there and everything went great. The staff was kind, there were new games, trampoline, and jumbo screen. We had a great experience!

Let's starts off by saying I have been coming to this particular chuckee cheese since I was a kiddo myself. The food- 4-5 loved that they changed the way you receive the food. Instead of having a server hunt you down in the sea of crazy kids. now get a buzz on a machine that tells you when to pick up. Also on the food subject I specifically remember salad being $7 now it's $12 The customer service needs HELP ASAP. So they switched out the giant animated toys with a giant screen not a fan but ok. What really got my five star to a three was there's a new bouncy. Obviously my three year old was LIKE OHHH BOUNCY. So she goes , jumps for about fifteen minutes when a RANDOM MAN comes over and yells at her to get off. Now being the mama bear I am , I go over there and requested an explanation... He then proceeded to tell me they now sell $10 SOCKS to jump in THIS bouncy. And no kid is allowed in without these socks. I buy the damn socks , place my crying toddler back into the damn jumper.As I'm watching more and more kids come and go I notice , One , NOWHERE on the bouncy does it state it's $10 . Second, NOWHERE IN THE BOUNCY DOES IT STATE SPECIAL SOCKS NEEDED . THIRD This guy looks like his ONLY JOB IS TO watch the bouncy but keeps leaving it unattended and is allowing kids on waiting for them to be on a few minutes before pouncing on unsuspecting parents . Four, he was wearing a random jacket so you couldn't tell if he worked there or not. Honestly seemed so unethical but hey, I did notice a sign that wasn't placed correctly which I'm assuming is used when the attendant isn't there... Anyways, Long story short they took out my favorite games, put in a expensive bouncy and chuckee didn't even wait for the giant screen count down to come out so he was out walking around at 3 min count down which was a bummer cause I like count downs. ..
