Cluck and Blaze

Permanently closed. No way google or whoever is running this place thinks this is temporary. The sign is gone. There is nothing there.

Also the meals weren’t that good. Surprised to see it closed but not unexpected.

What is going on? Google says it's open but it's been closed for more than a week now. There's no sign, no indications or anything. Is this place permanently closed or what?

It’s actually closed my wife and I just went and the door is locked lights are off and the place looks dirty inside

Not sure what the hell was going on tonight but I ordered the cluckn Mac and cheese through uber eats and received no Mac and cheese. So I ordered again thinking it was a mistake and once again, no Mac and cheese. Whoever was working tonight is an ass hat lol not a single piece of Mac and cheese. Just chicken and fries
And this is the second attempt to order it

I stopped by this place this morning to try their breakfast burrito. I was already in the plaza where this place is to pick up food for my wife and I was interested to try this place. It's kind of hidden from all the other stores because it's in a corner. I placed my order online on their website and selected a pickup time a little after they open so it would be ready instead of me waiting there if I chose the exact time they open.

I parked where the grocery store is at because there more parking there compared to the small spot this place has. When I walked inside, I was the only guest and just one man working. I told him I was there to pickup my online order and he looked confuse because he told me there no order on his screen. I showed him the email receipt and he went to look on the computer which he found it. I got the Original Nashville Hot breakfast Burrito and chose the mild sauce. He said it would take about ten minutes for him to make it.

You can also order from the kiosk when you're there as well. When I was waiting, I saw that the kiosk were stuck on the login screen so I made him aware so he put in the code to unlock it. It took about ten minutes for my food to come out and I took it home. The customer service wasn't the best so far because he didn't apologize for the error and he just didn't seem friendly.

I was disappointed when I ate my breakfast burrito because it didn't have favor and was already falling apart before I even ate it. I can't even tell if it's missing something ingredients because when I look at other people pictures of the burrito, it had some sauces. I didn't even finish my burrito because it just wasn't good. The other guest who came after me seem to not like the only guy working as well because I overheard him when he was talking to his friend with him. I don't plan on coming back here.

They have good chicken sandwiches. I like getting the mild, it's not too spicy.

The food is great as always. My only complaint is the lighting in this place. It’s like walking into an overly lit dentist and it wakes you up right away even if you walk in at 10pm. The amount of LED lights is just overwhelming and unwelcoming. Plus the cold stainless steel chairs and tables, it really doesn’t want you to get the food and get the f out of there. Please improve the lighting. 🫠

Buddy working was absolute dust. How it takes 30 minutes to make a couple chicken strips is beyond me. He was rude af and didn’t even acknowledge me for the longest time. Buddy said he was out of comeback sauce. lol like literally the reason I came. Get rid of this guy he’s not good for your business.

Overpriced. I'm conservative as they come, but we can "blame the president" for only so much.

Many consumers like myself have a heart for struggling small businesses. Maybe this is one of them. But keep in mind it's also an opportune time for some places to overcharge you and blame the government, and maybe this is one of them, too.

$17 for a chicken sandwich? $6 more for a cup of Mac and a pour of storebought Simply Lemonade? C'mon now, yall. You got me once, but next time I'm going to Chick-fil-A.

They ready closed at 10 pm I try buy something they said go we closed

I gave a 3 star because the food was not good or great but was just ok.
I got the cluck n mac.
The presentation was excellent but the flavor was not. The noodles seem to be more al dente when I like them cooked soft. Also, it seemed the mac and cheese was lacking salt, which in part I can understand since the fries were salty. The cheese flavor did not stand out at all. It seemed like some generic box, mac and cheese.
The chicken seemed to be chicken breast instead of a more flavorful and tender cut like leg or thigh. There were many Small bits of chicken with lots of breading. Not decent size chunks of chicken that compliment the mac and cheese. I even ordered extra chicken.
The whole experience made me wish I had ordered sauce but I shouldn't need it or it should be given without charge to make this a balanced plate. Usually large amounts of paprika don't bother me but this time it was a little too much.
