I'm only giving this review a 3 because Salvador saved the day and deserves recognition. Last week, I ordered pizza on a Friday night and went to pick it up according to when the site told me it was done. When we arrived, they seemed understaffed and offered the worst service! After a gazillion minutes later, the order seemed like it was finally going to be ready until it wasn't. They messed up on our cinnamon bread bites. So after the long wait, they wanted us to wait even longer now bc someone messed up? Unacceptable!!!! Don't even get me started on the refund process. I'll save that for another day. When we got home and opened the pizza box, we realized that the pizza we got was definitely not the pizza we ordered. We were very disappointed from the service and food that day. Anywho, Salvador was very apologic about the horrific experience and because of him, I will give this place another opportunity before I go elsewhere.

One of the worst dominos in the area. Every time I order for delivery it chooses this dominos and every time there is a mistake. The time before this, I order the pizza and they said the pizza was delivered but it never received the pizza. It took over an hour to get the driver to come to my house. This time, I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic rolls. Instead I received one wrong random 2 topping pizza and wings. This dominos is terrible.

my only good thing to say is that the delivery driver was the sweetest & deserves recognition for that. But the customer service is horrible & immature . I understand the app doesn’t match the actual work ethic going on in there. But dont hate the customer for simply going based off of the information provided. Called twice , the first tome had a very passive aggressive woman that told me to call back 30 minutes later if still no delivery. So i did , the 2nd call waited 20minutes to speak to someone. It was a different woman , sounded much younger, was polite & let her know that i was just trying to understand their delivery service since i had received a call an hour ago , stating it was out for delivery. She laughed & just said “ can you wait “ ? again i stated ive been waiting im just trying to understand why so much rudeness. This isn’t my first time ive had a bad experience here, Shouldve learned my lesson the first time i ordered from this location, i purchased a $57 delivery, when recieved , it was the wrong order , i called back they told me they would make it right by re sending my order & never recieved it. So i despute it from my bank account. Days later i had The manager Salvador apologize for the service & he indeed did make it right. But this customer service is not the way to go , if your not happy with your job what are you doing there? being kind is free.

I had to wait an additional 40 minutes in the lobby. This location clearly needs better training and a much stronger focus on managing their digital orders.

Do not order from this location. They are scamming their system to improve their delivery times or something to that nature. Twice now they have marked it as delivered and 30 minutes later, it still isn't delivered

I enjoyed the small pizza and chicken wings from here. But I was a bit disappointed with the hot sauce from here it is not spicy 🙁, the hot sauce was good but my tounge could not feel any spice to it 😭. I appreciate the service here. The pizza and chicken is a bit pricey here.

Their delivery sucks. Always late if it shows up at all. Third time today they don’t show up. 2:04 pizza still isn’t here.I’m switching to Pizza Hut.
Delivery times never accurate, pizza gets here cold, and they falsely say delivered on the app then it arrives 30 mins after all cold. Has happened multiple times already. This location has gotten worse for delivery overtime

I always receive terrible service from this location. Anytime I place an order, they always take longer than 1hr (although the Domino's tracker is marked as completed) to deliver and whenever I call to inquire, it's always the same excuse that they are short drivers and only have 1 delivery driver available. They also blame that the Domino's tracker is not accurate. By the time the food arrives, it is cold. Poor service overall.

The worst place to order something. I ordered something and they never gave it to me. The delivery driver canceled it 2 times because she thought it was the best. They don't take care of anything even though I called them many times I never received an answer about whether my order would be delivered or not, they simply didn't want to deliver it to me because they didn’t want to. Horrible service

I went there to pick up my order and I was suppose to have steak in my pizza. As I open the box and grabbed a slice I noticed they didn't put steak in my pizza. On top of that the app was letting me know that my pizza was ready for pick up but as soon as I get there one of the employee told me that the pizza is still in the oven and will be ready in 10 minutes. Why would the app says it's ready when I get to the store they're telling me it's still in the oven and will be ready in 10 minutes? This Domino's location is really bad customer service and there was only 2 people working in there and I witnessed them using their barehands to make the pizzas. Not good.
