I come here about three times a week before starting my shift at work (1pm), and I have no complaints about the food or staff, but someone needs to fix how they constructed the parking spaces and drive-thru. During lunch, there's a line for the drive-thru (which is fine. That's what a drive-thru is for), but the line blocks the customers parked in their parking space trying to get out. I paid for my food in the drive-thru lane, but then I couldn't get out due to the horrible placement of this drive-thru.
9/23/24 update: 9 years later, I returned, and I am happy they solved their drive-thru dilemma. Their food is still cooked to perfection and delicious, and their customer service is still excellent. I will be coming here more often.

Vegetarian options: Side Salads , Corn on the Cob , steam vegetables ,Tostada Salad With Avocado No Chicken and Cilantro Dressing Is Great for Vegetarians Highly Recommended By Me !!! Give it a shot is No Pollolicious ???.

This place wasn't actually what I was expecting to be served like everywhere else. They are very very limited on the condiments, such as the chiles serranos to make it just like you want it & supplies as well, when you actually expect them with the right customer service quality, & not like the rest of the restaurants when they do...The chicken is very dry, not juicy fresh and it feels like it is old to be fully satisfied. You expect to taste the fresh meal but unfortunately it doesn't feels like it... I'm so disappointed by going to this restaurant but it was the most convenient near me at the time when I was there locally...sorry guys but you need to improve your qualities in general as customers shouldn't be disappointed to be served at your location...?

It was not as good as it used to be just a couple of years ago.
I've been to this location a few times for my lunch (which is 30 minutes) and they always mess up my order. Always forget to give me my tacos, or give me different sides. It's frustrating.

I've been coming here for many years, and I absolutely love the chicken here. I tried the double chicken tostada, and it does not disappoint. Love the avocado salsa and the salsa fresca. The guacamole is always fresh and delicious but a little bit pricey. ?
