Unbelievable of bad odor inside the restroom, I vomited out. Their salad was so dry and asked for dressing side extra and I was being charged $0.45 for dressing supposed came with, and it waa their fault gave me hardly any dressing inside my salad. The interior trash can was overflowing. Omg ? ?

Something tells me that the employees from this location are paid extremely well & they might even make commission. To my left is a regular street corn bowl with "extra" avocado and extra corn, which costs $1.59 extra. To my right is "extra" corn an "extra " avocado for almost 7 dollars more. Mind you that would be the second time I paid extra avocado and corn on the side. it seems that I have to start working for a Pollo Loco as they charge more for what they actually give . Where do I apply? Instead of the company pointlessly replying to every bad review, they should probably spend more time on giving they're employees quality training. It would be nice if every socal location stopped watering down the cilantro sauce too! These places have been garbage in the last few years. I'm giving it up. The prices don't match the quality. There are so many smaller businesses that just get it right; that's what i would pay for no matter the price;)!

They are advertising a new festival family meal special on their window at the drive through but refuse to honor it then said they'll do it for the price but minus a large side. Not sure what's going on with management here but save yourself the games just go to a different spot.
