We happened upon this place by accident today. It’s been here for 43 years. Rodger is the owner and a very nice gentleman. The hot dogs were excellent!
We will definitely be back soon.

Hands down the best Wieners and chili in the valley! Pastrami dog is the best I've had anywhere. Cold draft beers and pitchers available

The owner was abrasive and stand offish, even though we were the only people in there. No sport peppers or celery salt on the "Chicago" dog, which they put lettuce on for some reason. The hot dogs lacked the "snap" that a good quality dog has.

Any time I'm in Sun Valley I'm going to this gem of a place. I like to join the boys after work on a Friday, but today happened to be a Thursday. The owner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I totally recommend Hound Dog !!!!!

A one man show with an abundant following. Tucked inside a strip mall on Glenoaks is a hidden gem. Nothing but a variety of hot dogs served many different ways. Lots of regulars frequent the place. You can sit at the bar or 1 of many booths. The gentleman who runs the place is extremely helpful and very friendly.
