This has to be one of the friendliest, best run Jack in the Box restaurants I've ever encountered! The entire place was clean all the way to the curb. The order was delivered quickly, hot, fresh, accurately, and with not just one person smiling at me but each of the people who helped me brought a welcoming attitude with warm smiles. Thanks for a great start to my day!
I stopped by Jack in the Box in Box Valley on March 03, I ordered the $16 family pack, the food was served promptly and warm, yet service wasn't that great . Unfortunately, the server was having a bad day because of her voice tone and demeanor, yet I would still recommend this Jack, after all, just because one bad apple she won't ruin a good meal. Also, please bring back the beverage dispenser instead of customers asking for refills.
Not my favorite jack n box, it's a bit out dated and run down a tad bit and it's likely the area! But the employees were excellent and front counter guy taking the order actually brought me our food to our table. This was last night Feb. 1, 2024 about 7 or 8 pm so give that guy a raise for going beyond what's required of employees to doing an even better job than necessary. RESTROOM: they have 2 restrooms working but employees don't buzz you in, they come...
