Our plates were half full because they ran out of food and instead of waiting for it to be ready so that they could fill up our plates they gave us half of what they have left to serve 3 plates. Not to mention, the food was cold. The girl charging also gave me an attitude because I asked for extra hot sauce and a cup of water 🤦♀️

They mostly gave mostly side and only just a small portion of entree. Kind of disappointed on the amount. Food tasted alright though. Honestly just go to another chinese take out way bigger portion for cheaper.

Every time I arrive there is a long line of people and they are just boring kids who don't serve well and then I pay by combo for the full plate and they give me half of the order they never give me the full plate...... . ALSO THOSE WHO DELIVER FOOD DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH OR ENGLISH AND WHEN THEY CAN'T FIND THE ADDRESS THEY LEAVE THE FOOD THROWN OUT OR THEY LEAVE IT WHERE THEY FEEL LIKE. AND PANDA EXPRES NEVER REFUND THE MONEY I ALREADY LOST 2 FOOD ORDERS...AND THEY NEVER REFUNDED THE MONEY TO ME

I usually order the plate and get half chow mein noodles and half fried rice for carbs and for meats, I get kung Pao chicken and mushroom chicken. The food here is good for fast Chinese takeout. I order thru the app which is a total convenience and just pick up when the order is ready. No lines or people to deal with.
They welcomed me and were so helpful. They were very friendly. My son has autism and he threw a toy they didn't make faces. Instead, they helped me find it. They really made me feel comfortable.
