I came in today maybe 20 minutes ago got a mango passion fruit Raspado with lechera. The guy making my drink was on his phone accidentally made me a small I said it’s ok he changed it to a large he proceeded to just top it off with ice and give it to me with a splash of lechera on top 😅the flavor was good but I’d be happier if it wasn’t 20% syrup 80% ice

Please have better customer service up front I shouldn’t have to get there in a positive attitude and leave irritated because the people you have in the front look like they don’t want to be there.

I ordered a Chamarindo. Paid almost $10 for it. Everything but the tamarindo and ice are synthetic including the lime juice. For the price, the limón juice should at least be fresh. Definitely going back to the Raspado Xpress in City of Commerce.

October 6, 2024 I went through 3 scratches, and the attitude of the person who dispatches is that of a jailer, not a business, a genius that even she can't stand, I will never return again, discarded, she has no patience with clients.
I really don't recommend them, theskites are super small and the tostilocos are in small bottles. I didn't like it at all, my brothers didn't want it. The only good thing was the service.

The Raspados wtf you kidding me is just ice from the bag of ice. The flavor is just like a regular drink with a lot of ice 1000000% better raspados from street vendors, and I went to get one today because the others places were closed wow worst raspados ever you don't believe give it a try
