This afternoon I get stopped over at this Starbucks to get a strawberry refresher on this warm January day and to my surprise after talking to the barista she offered to make me another one because my birthday is this Sunday February 1st

I stopped by this Starbucks location this morning to get my wife her drink. I came in the early morning so they were not busy at all. I used the drive thru since there was only one car in line.
I got my wife her Venti iced chai latte with four pumps of chai and asked for light ice. I got myself a Venti iced water. The drive thru is spacious and not narrowed like some locations. The barista made my order quick and put light ice like I requested.
There limited parking in the private lot here. My wife enjoyed her chai latte, it was made perfectly.

Went through drive up window about 10 minutes before closing. Got a hot chocolate. More like chocolate flavored water. Very watery, not the usual for a Starbucks. If the machine or supply is nearly empty and not worth filling because it's end of day I'd rather them tell me it's not available than give me a watered down drink. The person working the window was friendly.

I wanted to drink a latte at the Starbucks in Sunland. I've had it in other cities and it was very delicious. The Starbucks latte in Sunland tasted burnt and wasn't pleasant to drink. When I told the employees, they just smiled, and one said it might be from the coffee machine. I threw most of the cup in the trash. But why should I pay for a tasteless and burnt latte????

Well the nicest people in the actual world work here. They opened the doors for us, greeted with a smile, lots of nice to see you, thank you for coming type greetings. I made multiple orders and they bagged everything up. They also ran out to the parking lot after someone unrelated to us grabbed the wrong order. 11 out of 10 on service.

I come here every day almost every other day for coffee it's really really good especially some of the cold Brews of course the cold brews at times are made differently depending on who the mixologist is so some days it's amazing all the days mediocre or some days not up to par so kind of uneven not a lot of the times but at least 10 times out of 100 but today was really bad because the food breakfast sandwiches especially the gouda egg breakfast sandwich was so gross and disgusting it was on edible raw bacon so you might as well have had human flesh on top of this thing disgusting the bread so powdery and dry it would suck the moisture out of your mouth a lot of their sandwiches aren't very good they're over microwaved over hot most of the time a pretty hit or miss so all the service is excellent and some of the cold drinks are really good most of the breakfast food here is really really low on quality so my advice for this chain is to work on getting better breakfast food sandwiches but avoid the human flesh bacon gouda breakfast sandwich at all costs

Walked in to pick up mobile order and saw that only one of my drinks was ready. (Had ordered 3). So I walked to cashier and asked for code for restroom and first thing he asked me was if “ I was going to buy something”. This might not be offensive to many, but it was to me. Very disappointed.

Starbucks seems to have moved away from providing an atmosphere that’s inviting to sit for more than 10 minutes. The lobby was freezing and had no outlets. It was such a disappointment
