Loud blaring hip hop music,10am... inappropriate dance moves by some employee.
Employee dismissive and bordering on rudeness when I said I didn't want to shout out my order and she said she could hear me. I couldn't hear my friend talking right next to me. So we left and I went and got coffee at McDonald's for a dollar.
Better service and calmer, friendly unpretentious at Mc Donalds.
Parking: Always full. Too many homeless people.

Would be better if they had the fall flavors. A friend of mine had to find an entirely new starbucks, farther than this store, just for a pumpkin drink. Let’s do better! Overall, decent place.

I ordered a trenta summer berry, since it’s one of my fav, but this time the lemonade tasted awful opened up the cup and it was served with gone bad lemonade ???

Store has zero outlets to plug in and charge devices eg laptop, phone
They actually had outlets all around and covered them up.

Drive thru interaction- most of the time great, today the girl was rude- apparently I wasn’t driving away quick enough and she thought my window was up. She literally said “go go go, come on” then looked shocked when I turned and looked at her. Oh well , excuse me for trying to drive without spilling all the drinks you just handed me. Now I know they are timed and need to rush through people, but damn that was rude . Also, my order wasn’t ready when I pulled to the window so are you rushing me so the next person can wait, too? I patiently waited and just wanted to set my drinks down safely, otherwise, I would just back inside waiting while they make me new drinks. Tip- don’t yell “go go go” to people in your drive thru.

They are always out of Black Tea. They only brew it( steep it)once in the morning. According to the rude male employee who told me " when we run out ..we run out. We don't make more'
Just came here and ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso with vanilla cold foam just to get a water down coffee… paid extra to get a nasty drink.

Very rude supervisor. She doesn't know how to interact with people properly and forces people out of the restroom in an indecent manner. Restroom lacked toilet paper, seat liner and soap. After all this she blames customers of taking too much time in there!!
On my following visit today 06/04/24 I was more disappointed to see the level of service this bunch has!! I waited more than 5 minutes and later asked "if someone will be available to help me because I was running late to my work". It took 30 seconds until some cashier came and asked what do I need. I asked for a medium Blonde coffee. She said that their machine was broken and that she can offer Americano instead. I said "No , thank you" after waiting several minutes. I went to the restroom again just to wash my hands only to find out that they were out of soap again!! Certainly a very unsanitary way to operate this place. It surely needs attention and a change of management ASAP...!!

NO RESTROOM. NO REFILS. BAD SERVICE. They work with "memories", as they told me, they didn't even ask me to see an application or receipt, where it is clearly visible that I ordered a coffee an hour earlier. The toilet doesn't work! I have been using Starbucks for over 10 years, I have never seen anything like this. Unprofessional and very bad service! That's why the room is empty during the busiest time.

Place has horrible customer service was in line for over 20 minutes.
Took FOREVER to get a cashier, took my sandwich order. Then 10 minutes later no sandwich I left without my order so slow no communication if you can't do drive through and service close the store down. This place is the worst!!! Yes paid for my food but I am not waiting 15 minutes for a pre-made sandwich.
