Today I had the chance to communicate with Carolyn, a fantastic employee. I love having my coffee at this Starburst. The baristas are wonderful people. I want to add that the place is spick and span. The counters are as clean as a whistle. Not a speck of dirt. The floor almost shimmers in the sunlight. No wonder I come to this place to write. Thank you to all the employees of this Starbucks and their excellent manager.

I stopped by this Starbucks on Sunday morning around 8:00. While it wasn't crowded, the baristas never stopped working. My order of a flat white and cinnamon coffee cake was spot-on. The barista handed me my items, made eye contact, and thanked me.

What a joke. I usually have a good experience here but today I waited 20 minutes for my drink. I told them I wanted a refund and to cancel the order which took another 5 minutes. Plus they had the wrong order the whole time. 25 minutes for nothing I will not be coming back to this location.

This is my go to Starbucks, not only are the drinks made perfectly but the staff are always friendly and fast. I go almost daily for a grande extra hot latte & occasionally a pumpkin loaf. I’m always greeted kindly as I step in the door and I appreciate that most of the staff by now knows my order.

I go through a Starbucks drive through location at least 6 times a week. This location ranks as number one for me …simply because the employees are pleasant, fast and efficient. They greet me by name, know my regular order with all of its tweaks and provide service with a smile. There have been a couple of occasions where a new employee has made an error in processing my order, however, once I’ve pointed it out, it’s quickly and apologetically corrected. As a customer, this is to be expected. So give them a visit. I can guarantee the drive through experience to be a pleasant one.
