This is the 1st and last time I will ever go here. So they take your order and when the drive thru is packed they served everyone there and then serve people inside. Pointless, need better customer service. Won't be back! 20 mins for a drink.

The person “making the drinks” 7/22 at 5:50am looks so incompetent. Very slow service. Had to cancel a doordash order cause it took way too long. Dude needs to work another job. Really bad barista.

Most horrible experience I’ve had in a Starbucks! Horrible customer service, drinks are made in the poorest most disgusting way, their counter top is filthy. I actually got nauseous after trying my caramel macchiato. Came in on a Sunday and people during the 1 pm shift were the rudest most untrained there could be. Oh and another thing no electricity outlets at all, it’s overwhelming to be listening to rap music while you’re at a cafe, not classy at all. Don’t even come here if you plan on studying. Management or corporate have to do something about this Starbucks or close it down for good.

So there have been a few employees that have had bad attitudes, several times - they didn’t give me the drink size I ordered… But I didn’t complain. Still kept coming there. But NOW!! I’m done with this store…. I ordered a drink and they didn’t give me a straw. So, I took off the lid and started drinking it… as I was eating the toppings… something sharp stabbed me in my mouth… I pull it out to see.. A HUMAN FINGERNAIL!!!!!!!!!!!! Manger acted nonchalantly about it.. and made me another drink!!! WHY WOULD I WANT ANOTHER DRINK FROM YOU???!! The health dept needs to be called on this place!! Oh and the “owner”, before you post an automated response… How about you go into your store…and teach your nasty employees some heath ethics!!!!! And train them on how to act when you have a job!! You don’t give customers attitude, because you’re having a bad day… because trust me, there’s someone that will gladly take your place.

I am an Amazon delivery driver and came here to use the restroom on my lunch break since I have nowhere else to go. Starbucks is my go to place as I feel the most safe here but unfortunately this location required me to purchase something. I am a regular at Starbucks so I just got my usual as I need to use the restroom badly. also as a previous Starbucks store manager, I would have liked to see Starbucks partners have more compassion for someone who works outside with no available bathroom to them.

Loud blaring hip hop music,10am... inappropriate dance moves by some employee. Employee dismissive and bordering on rudeness when I said I didn't want to shout out my order and she said she could hear me. I couldn't hear my friend talking right next to me. So we left and I went and got coffee at McDonald's for a dollar. Better service and calmer, friendly unpretentious at Mc Donalds.
Would be better if they had the fall flavors. A friend of mine had to find an entirely new starbucks, farther than this store, just for a pumpkin drink. Let’s do better! Overall, decent place.

Store has zero outlets to plug in and charge devices eg laptop, phone They actually had outlets all around and covered them up. Could you possibly be any more hostile and uninviting?

Drive thru interaction- most of the time great, today the girl was rude- apparently I wasn’t driving away quick enough and she thought my window was up. She literally said “go go go, come on” then looked shocked when I turned and looked at her. Oh well , excuse me for trying to drive without spilling all the drinks you just handed me. Now I know they are timed and need to rush through people, but damn that was rude . Also, my order wasn’t ready when I pulled to the window so are you rushing me so the next person can wait, too? I patiently waited and just wanted to set my drinks down safely, otherwise, I would just back inside waiting while they make me new drinks. Tip- don’t yell “go go go” to people in your drive thru.
