Honestly, I wouldn't consider visiting Subway unless I had a coupon. I recently ordered two sandwiches—tuna and an Italian—and while Subway isn’t usually my first choice, I was in the area, and my mom specifically wanted a tuna sandwich from there, so she gave me a coupon to use.
However, they didn’t accept the coupon at all, which was pretty disappointing. Maybe if I had mentioned it from the beginning, they might have accepted it and lightened the load on the sandwich. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and the sandwich itself wasn’t even that good.

Not sure if the owner changed but this subway used to be much better than it is now. Bad service and the portions have gotten way smaller. They make there bread small so that they have to give less. How this greediness doesn’t cost them customers and eventually closure.

Ordered the #23 The hotshot Italiano, and what I got was well not sure, but definitely nothing like picture, I get it it's just advertising but there some expectation of the what you should be getting. You tell me I added the picture on the website and what I got delivered.

The worst service ever the rudest employees ever America was the person who made my sandwich she has the worst attitude is very rude, very aggressive, even towards her employees. When I asked her name, she pointed to her head and asked me if I could not read when I asked her if they had pastrami sandwiches, she rudely pointed to the menu, when I asked her to put more time on my food, she said it’s my problem. If it gets burnt steer clear of this place, it has a foul smell the food taste nasty lived in sun valley all my life. I’ve been here a few times and never had this type of service I worked fast food for nine years I’m a general manager I would never allow my employees to speak in this manner or act this way, they would definitely be let go as I reached out to the corporate office they directed me to the store owner. The store owner didn’t seem to care much about my opinion and what I had to say about America, they said that their employees are very qualified trained for service. I felt to see that good way to lose Customer subway. You need to hire all new employees. Your reviews are horrible. Customers are complaining and you’re doing nothing.

Workers are NOT honest, we left a phone on the counter, after placing an order. Location shows that the phone is there, they said its not. They show only the camera where the customer is standing by not the overhead so we can see who took the phone.Also, The Sandwich was made sloppy, they threw everything on the bread its like they are making food for an animal. I would not use them ever again. We work down the street and we use to go there often. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
