Alfrred’s Pizza is honestly one of the best local spots around. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently high quality. But what really makes them stand out is their customer service — it’s truly on another level. Every time you call, they make you feel like a VIP. They’re friendly, attentive, and you can tell they really care about their customers.

I ordered from this pizza spot often (have probably spent hundreds of dollars there the last few months) but the last couple of times I’ve ordered, my pizza has been overcooked and at a noticeable loss in quality.
People frequent restaurants based on consistency, if we’re paying premium pricing ($25 for a medium cheese pizza), it’s fair to expect premium pizza. The pizza I’ve gotten my last few orders has been on par with Little Ceasers — but more than the double the price (even without toppings).
You can see in the photo below that this mozzarella pizza is way overcooked. The flavor is bitter and caramelized. The crust is burnt to where it hurts the roof of one’s mouth when you bite into it. This is not quality pizza. It also needs to be eaten in one sitting as you cannot reheat pizza that’s already been overcooked from the start. I live alone, I’m gonna throw half of this in the trash.
It’s disappointing because I actually at a point was telling people you have the best pizza in the area. I’m not sure what changed but it’s disappointing.

Honestly, the pizza was expensive, I was shocked when my two 12” pizzas came out to $53 after tax, but I must admit, it was the most delicious pizza I’ve had in a long time, I guess you get what you pay for.
On a serious note, everyone should try this place at least once, it’s worth it, when I say the pizza is delicious, I mean it, it truly is one of a kind, and the staff there is very friendly and the restaurant looks spotless.

I ordered the rigatoni Al vodka sauce and it was super spicy. When I called to let them know it was too hot for me to eat. They told me I should know that rigatoni is spicy. Rigatoni is a pasta, not a spice. These people are morons. Their food is terrible
