We’ve been loyal neighbors and regulars here for almost 4 years, coming nearly every week with friends. Food has always been great, staff friendly, beers good, until last night.

A new Latina girl working there was rude from the start. First she said sauces cost extra (never been charged before), then at 11:31 PM refused to serve beer saying it was “after 11:30” even though the place is open until midnight and nothing was cleaned yet. She said tacos weren’t available because the kitchen was “cleaned,” but was fine with fries. When I pointed out we’ve never had this issue before, she gave me attitude and said, “I’ll give it to you this time.” I told her to cancel everything.

We’ve supported this place for years, but after last night’s attitude, they just lost a loyal customer.

Delicious! The fry to meat ratio is perfect. To the point of left over meat after fries were gone. Burger was nice & savory too. Called in & staff was real helpful.

The food is just ass like it’s so awful. The bread is stale and the burgers are flavorless. Its like all the worst parts of McDonald’s and In-N-Out combined

Love the place. The burgers are great but it's sometimes difficult to order by phone. Like today. I've been trying for 30 minutes to get an order in to the Sunland location. Put on hold and hung up on after 5 minutes more than once. Not answering the phone. Google says they are not that busy right now. Re-evaluating my options but unlikely to include the Hut.

These guys never pick up their phone !!! This place is down my street but I will never eat here again because of them not answering their phones everytime I try to order.

Every time I order a cheeseburger, the patty is always pink! Cook it all the way, please.

Place was advertised under a different name on delivery app. Burger was meh, some of the onion rings still had skin on??

I always stop by on my way home for the 99c taco Tuesday. They're pretty small, but for 99c, they're worth it. The staff is always super friendly. The only downside is very limited parking, especially during lunch and dinner hours. They're open late, which is a huge plus, and the dining room is a bit compact but comfortable.

Parking: It depends on when you go. Parking can be tough to find. Street parking options aren't great.
