Got to my room and couldn’t go to sleep cuz of the sound of the super loud fridge. Also NOWIFI even though it’s included in your pricing . Better hope you get a room that near their wifi router because my room had none couldnt do my school work or nothing while traveling from out of town. This place needs serious upgrades to the service as well it’s gotten way worse over the years.

My first time there. The staff was very helpful, the waitress was very good, the food is good at the restaurant, over all, had a great time there and will visit next time I'm in Susanville!!!

This hotel is surprisingly amazing. The rooms are super spacious and actually pretty nice, with a huge bed and a comfortable couch. They have modern TVs where you can cast as well. Plenty of pillow. They even have a bottle opener in the room which we really needed at the time. Came in clutch. They ALSO HAVE LIQUID HAND SOAP. I'm not sure why that's pretty rare but I loved that they had it. Anyways yea service was a little slow but we did check in late. Very helpful though! And food was deeeeelish
