I stopped by Frosty Mill in Susanville. The ice cream was exactly what I hoped for: rich, creamy, and full of classic flavor. The portions were generous, and the vibe of the shop felt relaxed and welcoming, like the kind of place where you can linger over a cone on a hot day. Great spot for a sweet treat that hits the spot.

I watched other people go to the window after us.....we got told they would be right with us.......20 minutes later still no simple cone and hot fudge sundae. I've watched several walk in without and come back with thiers.....while we still wait! Favoritism runs deep.....if your not a local.....do not waste your time! PS......still waiting!! And watching others who came in much later than us coming out with their ice cream and hot food! That will teach us to NOT follow the locals........

Had to disinfect my kids when we left. If you think this place is clean, I'm scared to find out what your home looks like. This place is nasty. Ladies working were very nice but wow we had to wait like half an hour for our meal. If you want anything like napkins, ketchup, a spoon, etc, you gotta wait in line again.
