Stopped by Jack in the Box and grabbed 4 tacos, the new seasoned fries, and a drink. Tacos hit the spot as usual, and the fries were a nice upgrade. Service was average but fast enough. Not amazing, not bad—just a solid quick bite when you're hungry.
Jack n the box n susanville has always seemed to struggle with fast service. However, last time I was there I must say they have improved 100x over! They were fast friendly and the environment was not tense or stressed and they were very busy. They're new crew displayed great teamwork and communication and they nailed my order! Kudos guys keep up the good work!

I travel to susanville for a couple of days about once a week for a little over a year now. Have tried every fast food in town. And this jack in the box has ALWAYS had the fastest and most friendly service. They were extremely busy the last 2 times I went, and they were still in an upbeat mood when I went in. Not once in over a year have I gotten even so so experience and the food is always great!
