I walked in. I was the only customer in the restaurant. A bell hanging on the door announced my entry. I heard 2 people talking shi+ about another employee. I listened to this conversation for at least a minute. Finally, someone came to take my order. The person didn't say sorry for the wait, nor hello, just "what can I get you?" I ordered an 8 piece meal with sides (mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese). I completed the purchase, and waited about 5 minutes....

Ordered 4 drums/sticks with extra crispy recipe. Came to pick up and they said they don't have what I ordered - no dark meat, and only original recipe. They were nice enough and offered alternatives, and the place is clean, but it is a bummer. 3.5

Could have had friendlier staff running the register, but food was good but check ur order because they forgot my wife's biscuit. Not a huge deal but still when u pay for something u should get it.
