The girl working here ruins the environment. The guy here is super nice food came very fast. But the girl lack professionalism and has a very rude way of customer service. We were severed Mac and cheese with no fork.

We have been here a few times, we went to the Side Iron when it first opened about three years ago and had a wonderful meal.
Then it started going down hill each time we went. Not entirely sure what happened but I started to get sick from the food every time we went. We swore off the place after our last visit as all three of us got sick, our steaks overcooked and the service lackluster. If you have a time machine go here if not, don't bother. Not a kid friendly restaurant as they do not have high chairs available and haven't ever really had them.

Great place, we loved it. We were there at 2pm on a Tuesday so it was very quiet. Service was attentive and friendly, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Cool music at just the right volume. Huge amount of food for the price, we couldn't believe it.
We had a delightful lunch at this quaint cafe in Susanville. My wife and I shared the Signature Burger and it was plenty for both of us. There’s a really nice atmosphere here with all sorts Ranch Brands painted on the wall above the bar and a nice mural above the restaurant area in back. Highly recommended.

Overcooked steak, bland food. Only thing worth going there for is their fried okra. Spent $35 on a RARE steak and came out bone dry. They lied to me saying it was rare, just sous vide. No waitress to be seen either. Terrible service and terrible food. Save your money and go to the landfill if you want better tasting food.
