Sadly, the cole slaw was so sour from vinegar it was unedible! Im so disappointed as I wanted it to be awesome and I was soooo hungry. Very nice young man at window however

Great service. Super friendly. And one of the best burgers we’ve ever eaten. They were giant! My daughters’ new favorite burger bar. We will definitely be eating here every time we come through Susanville.

What an amazing little gem hidden in a small town called Susanville. They are only open four days a week with short lunch time hours, but worth the stop if you passing through. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if they are busy or your pulling a trailer, but if you pre-plan your trip it's manageable and worth the effort. I have order a few times and have tried many thing on there menu including some seasonal food options and let me tell I have not be disappointed once. The food is really good and very reasonably priced. A most stop!

This is the second time I’ve been here and I love it!! I was definitely super excited about the boba so I tried the tiger tea and I custom made a mango one! (Mango boba, lemonade base, mango flavor) both times were amazing I love the quality of their food. I also tried the wild fries and they were freshly made and delicious. 100% recommend trying it out 😋

Wonderful food at a great price! I ordered the fish and chips, my husband ordered the fish sandwich and my son the cheeseburger. We all were pleasantly surprised at the large portions and the quality of the food. I highly recommend giving the Sno Mountain Chalet an opportunity to wow you!
