Had a hot pastrami sandwich, it was prepared just right, a little heavy on the mustard but that was my fault for not saying anything. Ready to return for more pastrami and try other items on the menu. Good job guys!!

Food is good! But when I called to order a kid answered. She couldn't understand anything I was trying to order. And kept saying we don't have that. Called again to ask for an adult. Finally ordered with someone I could understand. (THEY had everything I was thing to order). Owner said the 8 year old will be on his pay roll, and everyone seemed very odd when I came in. Really like kids, but didn't need to be treated weird because I couldn't understand a kid over the phone. If you're going to have your kids work for you make sure they know what they're doing. I almost thought I had wrong number and it was a joke.

I have enjoyed the food every time I have eaten here. It is a little pricey but honestly worth it in flavor. Definitely would recommend you try it for yourself. Great hole in the wall find glad I stopped to try it and have been going back every since.

Just traveled around the country for two weeks and this was by far the best thing I ate the whole time. I got the blt breakfast sandwich and it was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. I will fantasize about having this sandwich again for years to come. The owner guy was freaking awesome too, great vibe.

We moved to Susanville a month ago. We believe strongly in supporting local family owned businesses, keeping the money in the community. We have tried every family owned restaurant, except this one. We had planned to eat here, but this sign really turnedus off. What business owner berates potential customers he doesnt even know, or know their politics? We prefer a more peaceful dining experience.

The young man working was so polite and helpful. We had been driving all day and he was so patient with all of us. He made the kids picky orders exactly how they wanted them. He smiled the whole time. Great service is hard to find, he nailed it. The food was great too. I know it sounds weird but if you go have him make you a grilled PB&J. It was excellent!
Get the tator tots because they were crunchy and seasoned perfectly. The pastrami Ruben was also amazing. Only 4 stars because there was limited seating.

Friendly staff.Ordered a rebeun.My wife ordered a monty christo.Both very good.Spent about 30 talking to Erik the owner and Brandi the cook. Good folks very friendly.They only have 10 seats, so it will fill up quick.Worth the stop.

Glad we stopped to eat here .The service was great, very helpful and personable staff. The menu had so many options and we chose an option that was suggested that’s not on the menu, a western burger ( beef patty with jalapeño cheese, lettuce,pickle,tomatoe, onion rings , & bbq sauce) it came with tater tots. This was our favorite. Everything from the crunchy seasoned tots to the perfectly cooked burger, well seasoned and fresh bun and fixings. We also had two Iran’s from the menu a turkey and bacon on jalapeño cheddar bread and a pizza boat sandwich. All were large portions and flavorful and the bread was devine! Well worth the money !
