It was the second time I tried using self order system they have in the lobby. It was also the second time it messed up the order we had. The manager quickly took care of us though. I don't see how technology is making things better. 🤔

Edit: after reading others' reviews, it appears that the slow service is well documented. Whomever owns this location and/or franchise really should address the service issues. I understand that the location is fairly remote, but there are other options in Susanville with better food at a comparable price point these days. It is faster to order takeout from a full-service Mexican restaurant, as it currently stands.
