They got our order wrong, AGAIN!! I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get an order correct, why can’t they double check what they’re putting in the bag against the receipt?? The celery was old, the tips were actually a brownish color and they were limp. They were actually uneatable. The dry rub on the lemon pepper wings were so salty!!

Came here to dine in with my 2 kids .... They both had to use the restroom, we were denied even though they have 2 restrooms available... Multiple employees came out to use them but not for customers... If you have tables for dining you need to have a restroom available. Health code violation. FYI

Very rude staff bad customer service I ordered food that comes with fries. They say they don’t have fries in stock and then charge me extra for the substitution that they made me have to do because they were not properly prepared to start their business day with what was needed on the menu. They ran to the back when I took out my phone wouldn’t help anybody else until I left the store which was insane. Call the police all because I needed a corporate number and they wouldn’t come back in the front and talk to me. They lied about their name wouldn’t let me see their name tag horrible service ask for corporate number wouldn’t give it to me ask their district manager’s number they pointed out the door the door number lead straight into the store so they lied about that being in the corporate ladies number never answered horrible service. Don’t recommend anyone going there. Start going to Wingstop way better customer service.

Don't order on a Saturday night. Place says open til Midnight and looks like they close it almost 45 min earlier. Placed my order online at 11:20PM, used my free points and paid for a side and didn't receive anything.

Horrible service ,ordered the pick 6 only to receive my food 30 minutes after with the self entitled cashier not wanting to give me my cups even though its part of the deal.Dont bother eating hear as the employees are useless with only the tall lady being helpful,the short we being rude and jealous.Fire everyone and relocate the tall girl as the buffalo wings serves no purpose in the valley or any other location.if I could give negative stars I would.Fure the manager for the poor maintaince and standards.

Payed $20 for two orders of this. with ranch cups that were not even an inch full. It looked like someone had already ate half the order when i received it. I waited 1 1/2 hrs when email said 20 mins. The best part is that all the workers could be heard talking in the back while people waited in the front for 40 mins, and when they would come show themselves they would go right back to “making orders”. I would stick to the Wingstop in Mission Hills.

Just spent 10 minutes waiting just to be greeted, when completing my order total came to 22.64 and cashiers didn’t even have change so order had to be cancelled. Total waste of time. Ordering online is the only way to get decent service.
