Do not order from here. This place is the worst the wings were more like popcorn chiken then nuggets. I also order bone in wings and when I arrived they said they didn't have any, what place sell only chicken wings and doesn't have any? They cost more than boneless but they didn't care they said you want or should we cancel your order. It was football day so I needed to come home with something. No refund no extra popcorn chicken pieces no apologies. Stupid comercials with fake images trust me their nuggets are more like popcorn pieces.
Parking: Parking is horrible here with Starbucks drive thru making it impossible to get in or to get out.

This location is terrible with any sort of efficiency when it comes to orders. ANYONE can take your order which is what happened to ours. Someone with the same name took ours. Also the time they say your order will be done is WAY off not just a few minutes nor does the day or time matter. Be prepared to receive your order if no one takes it, at least 20-30 mins after due time. The wings themselves are pretty dry and overcooked/fried. The sauce doesn't really help, the meat is not juicy at all. Fries are over fried as well and the onion rings oily. Love BWW but this specific store is just not it.

Made our order online, while waiting for our food, employees on their phones. Get home and my order is missing fries and tenders, food cold....instead being on your phones, they should be making sure orders are ready...1/4/2025...6 p.m...should of went to WING STOP LIKE MY GRANDSON WANTED 😬😡!!!

Do not go to this location. The manager is terrible and calls you a liar when your order clearly says what you ordered, is rude, doesn’t give you all the food in the order and since she packed it then it must be perfect. Long wait times, frequently forgets items, rude service. Nobody picks up the phone and she just sits in the back on her cellphone doing nothing while customers are waiting to be served. While I was waiting she (manager) was rude to several other customers and got their orders wrong and wouldn’t help them either. I brought it to corporate customer service but she lied to them. Never going to BWW ever again and we were going weekly, they stole from me and telling everyone about it.

Took well over 30 minutes after the scheduled time for the food to be ready. They wouldn’t let me use the bathroom while I waited AND the food made all 4 of us sick. I thought Northridge was the worst BWW but this one takes the prize.
I'm big on customer service. I've been here a few times since they opened. Yesterday I met an employee worth posting. Wanted to say thank you to, Luis! He showed such great customer service over the phone and in person. He went beyond an employees expectations. There was an older fellow vet. that was using a cain, he helped him walk out the door. They were extremely busy, but he was on top of all the orders, and always, with a smile on his face. Employee like these are hard to find nowadays. Great job!

After trying to order online failed, I called the location where they were not answering. Once they answered they did not follow through with the deal that was presented online. Disappointed with service and lack of matching their online deals with their location. They said deals were only for certain locations as if the customer was suppose to know that.

Giving this place 1 star is being too generous. The people who work here are incompetent. How do you not pack any of the wings in the delivery bag when that’s what you’re known for? Then be given attitude like it was the customer’s fault. Bdubs is my favorite wing place but will gladly stop eating here after this nasty encounter with the associates. On top of getting my wings, they didn’t even get the wings right!! I ordered Asian Zing and they gave me Mango Habanero. How stupid can you be???????
