My fiancé and I arrived here at 11:15am as the business hours stated they opened at 11:00am. The door was locked and we saw an employee and tried to get their attention. The employee just stared at us and looked away. Very poor service, will not be coming here again.

It's a new location. Of course very clean and bright. All the usual items served at Boba Time . A few additional items all seeming very fresh and nice selection! Staff very polite patient and professional. It needs a public restroom. With a changing station.

We spent $64 on Boba with Uber and they did not send straws. When we called they refused to send straws and said we would have to cancel and re-order the whole thing.

Absolutely horrible service. We walked in for a pick up order and I get it they’re busy or new but not even a “we will be with you shortly”, I think a simple “Hi” might have been too much honestly. We stood there for a hot minute with a lady in a blue hoodie making drinks trying to avoid eye contact so that we couldn’t say we were picking up our order that we could see through their fridge. I don’t know if it’s management making the employees miserable or what but it really did upset me to just be standing there like a ghost completely ignored. The other guy was in further making a drink but at least when he dropped off a drink made eye contact to be able to say that I was just picking up a drink. I think their other coworker was on break giggling which was honestly why I didn’t just walk in to the employee only section to get my drinks to not bother any of the staff.

GROSS NEGLIGENCE FROM THIS PLACE RUINED MY ORDER AND MY CAR AND YOU REFUSE TO ADDRESS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!I EVEN TIPPED YOU GUYS!!! It was literally in good faith and I WAS WRONG.I don’t even mind the fact that you flat out ignored me coming in cause you were too busy chatting. What I DO mind is not properly putting the cups in the holders or EVEN SEALING THE DRINKS RIGHT!!!!!Half of my large Oreo shake I ordered is now on the floor of my passenger seat!!!! I had to pull over and redo the cap coverings on the teas and my shake. It was an actual driving hazard!!!!!And you know what’s worse? I tried calling you twice and you didn’t even pick up!!!! Like how negligent can you be???!This is utterly the worst boba place service I’ve EVER experienced!!!!
It's so great to have a boba place in this part of Sylmar now. It's a pretty new spot so it's super clean. Plenty of options like in other It's Boba Times. Service can be a bit slow sometimes, and unfortunately there aren't any tables or seats as of now; hopefully they add some soon, because it's pretty awkward having to stand around waiting and it'd be nice to have a place to sit and drink in-store.
Parking: Parking here can be a bit difficult to find.

I went at 9 pm and it was closed. They should advertise that they close at 9 pm or earlier bc they don’t have the hours of operation correct on google it says they close at 11 pm. Just saying for that I’m giving 1 star.
