A girl who i ordered from was mean when i got the wrong order and I told her a avocado smoothie and she said why are you looking at me and then said do you want it still and i was like what, you don’t need to be rude and mean.

First time here. The staff don't even acknowledge you. I had to go to the kiosk and order there. Then I wanted 15min just for one simple drink. Thank you for waiting time on my lunch brake! Will NOT recommend.

We had a craving for an açaí bowl & a smoothie so we stopped in. We had a good experience with customer service & wait time, no complaints. The açaí bowl was actually a lot better than other It’s Boba Time locations, we were really impressed! They did not skimp out on the peanut butter, the strawberries tasted fresher, & the consistency of the açaí was great. We also had a strawberry yogurt smoothie which was also very flavorful. Very happy with our order.
It’s located in a small shopping plaza so parking can be tricky.

My fiancé and I arrived here at 11:15am as the business hours stated they opened at 11:00am. The door was locked and we saw an employee and tried to get their attention. The employee just stared at us and looked away. Very poor service, will not be coming here again.

We spent $64 on Boba with Uber and they did not send straws. When we called they refused to send straws and said we would have to cancel and re-order the whole thing.
