Whats the purpose of working in a fast food if none of the workers can't keep track when we order food? This is the 10th time whenever I order my food they forget an item that I order correctly and pay for my food!!.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. The staff is normally nice and friendly.
HOWEVER,
Last night my partner and we were craving Jack at 3am. We drove to go get some and ordered our food through the drive through. To begin with, the overnight manager was EXTREMELY rude from the very start. We didn’t know what we wanted and she kept rushing us (keep in mind that we were the only ones in the drive thru). We then ordered our food and pulled up to the window to pay. I asked the manager nicely if I may please have some ranch and she didn’t say anything. I assumed she didn’t hear me so I asked again. She then rudely said “I heard you”. I told her she didn’t need to be rude. She then proceeded to curse at me and my partner. Immediately after that she then threw our bags of food into the car, shut the drive thru window on us, and then proceeded to flip both middle fingers at us.
This has been such a terrible experience and because of her attitude and lack of service I am now choosing to NEVER eat at this location ever again.

For being constantly under pressure every day this crew is fantastic. If they seem to be in a bad mood all the time it’s because it’s hard to deal with customers and management breathing down their necks.

I went in thru drive thru early morning they took my order no one was in line the food took 15 min but the quality was bad. To start off there was no medium or large drink so they gave me a small drink but the drink was mostly carbonated water no syrup. The French Fries were cold, and stale. Overall very disappointing service keeps going down

Drive thru is always deep with the line extending out to traffic. But the new team captain seems to have created a science mainstreaming cars much more quickly with her or his ability to keep orders correct! Thank you for the improved service on foothill
