Terrible service!! Didn’t get any service at all. Arrived and had to wait for a while only to be told to use the kiosk to order. The atmosphere was terrible, you can here work gossip that felt like it was the reason why customers service was not existent. Had to drive to a different Jack. Not to mention it felt like a walk-in refrigerator as soon as you walked it.

there was only a few customers, i was waiting for order got side tracked i didn’t realized it had been past 30 minutes until new customers ordering then getting theyre orders, i went to ask them and turns out they had made half the order and had put it so the side. they told me the order was almost done, i told to give me my refund, after i got my refund back they gave me the burger and they had barely made which they didn’t because it was almost cold.

I used to buy at this Jack in the Box because I liked it, but they gave me two stale tacos coated in oil. I ordered a Jack grap, but they served me two, which they charged me for on top of that, which I think is unfair.

The most dirtiest Jack in the box I've been in 18 years the food tastes horrible dry the soda doesn't have the correct flavor many homeless everywhere people doing drugs outside the premises the worse

I just ordered at 4:45 am June 2,2025. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and there was no one in line and was given attitudes and I ordered a large drink and they said they were out of all drinks except medium. I proceded to order a chicken sandwich and they said they were out of those and I ordered a burger instead. When I pulled up to the window the guy took off with my credit card for a long time and I heard laughing and when he returned after almost 8 minutes I was never given a receipt. The worst part is as I drove onto the freeway I realized I was given old cold tacos with lettuce inside. The question is if someone hates their job this much and think they can get away with it by not handing receipts why do they work there? Why can’t they do their job right? Why can’t they make orders properly. There was no one else in line. Thanks for ruining my day.
