I’ve tried different locations of Jersey Mikes but for the first time I received AMAZING customer service and it started with being greeted as I walked in and than Jacob took my order and he was super friendly didn’t have an attitude even with the customers before myself he gave us exactly what we asked for and they were fast. Thank you to him and his team, I’m leaving very satisfied!

Absolutely awful service!!!!!! Waited almost 30 minutes for my hot sub br a the girl running the cash register is incompetent. So disappointed, may just take the extra time to drive to a farther location because of this experience.

These girls are all up in there feelings!! They give you the stink eye(black girl), nobody else is in the store, yet they make the online orders before the "live" order and you have to wait an extra 5-10mins longer. She was also very skimpy on the turkey and left some bread exposed. This the 3rd time ive been to this location. I dont want her making my sandwich no more! Please train the enployees better on making a sandwich without stank eye attitude.

What I definitely like about this Jersey Mike's is that they are keeping the door open until the VERY last second posted as a closing time. They do not refuse service, pqtient,understanding, ready to explain the difference between sandwiches. Food is fresh and great and employees are polite even when tired in the end of thebshift. I love the place. And they are smiling!!!
