Great staff! Cashier is awesome and really seemed to please! He was very polite and pleasing. But this store needs more seating! Small seating area.. felt very cramped.

That KFC in Sylmar I do not and will not ever go to that one again I'm always getting old meat that has been sitting up too long this have happened several times in Sylmar
I came to order. And the cashier brought the mop bucket and pushed the bathroom mop and dried her hands on her pants. He approached me and asked me about my order. And later he went straight to serving the chicken... without washing his hands and without gloves. I had to tell him he was going to wash his hands and that he didn't want that bucket that he had touched with his dirty hands. Then I was disgusted and told my family. Nobody ate the chicken
