This place is so outdated there is no customer service the food looks so sad compared to other locations will never come to this location again. No wonder there was no line at the drive thru.

Great staff! Cashier is awesome and really seemed to please! He was very polite and pleasing. But this store needs more seating! Small seating area.. felt very cramped.

That KFC in Sylmar I do not and will not ever go to that one again I'm always getting old meat that has been sitting up too long this have happened several times in Sylmar

Asked for a diet Pepsi or got regular. Took it to the counter asked for diet. Got regular. Threw it in the dirt. Threw cup in trash. This location always seems to lose any descent employees and won't properly train what they do have.
So excited that I purchased biscuits because mine burned so I few minutes and ran to KFC and they nicest guy helped me out and saved our Christmas Dinner(day after) thank you for making my day!!!!
