The ramen might not be Little Tokyo level, but there is literally no other Ramen alternative in Sylmar. The food is made quickly and well made. As a local, I'll take what I can if I don't want to drive 30 plus minutes and wait another 1 hour plus.

This ramen is just OK. The egg was hard boiled and over cooked, and the broth was too salty. I love the idea of a ramen shop in Sylmar, but the food is not worth what they’re charging.

I knew something was up when I walked in, there only one couple sitting down on a Friday night. I ordered the curry ramen with my protein chicken, to my surprise it came with only 4 chicken balls, which looked like the ones they use for the karaage bowl. The customer service was sub-par. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.
