Placed an order online and paid for it. Until I got there and one of the employees told me they don't even have a tablet. Said it was my fault because I should've known but how would I ? Only found out when I get there. Nobody wanted to refund my money 1. Rude ass employees that'll kept bopped on there day off 2. Retarted ass website needs to be updated. STEALING PEOPLES MONEY FOR WHAT.

The only thing that was good was the scoops of ice cream. Everything else is a joke. I’ve been to other Michoacanas in LA. But this is a sad spot. From the portions & freshness of the ingredients. I only came here because it was close.

This is my favorite michoacana I have tried! There was a lot in stock. I was actually surprised it wasn't packed for a sunny Sunday afternoon. The smallest size for agua frescas was a good size and enough for me. I got the limon agua fresca which came with basil seeds :) it was sour sour but I liked it a lot! Very refreshing for after the swap meet! The person who helped us was super sweet as well. I wish I got her name.

The young lady who helped me was very nice, the ice cream bars with pieces of strawberries and kiwi were the best but all the bars I purchased were good. Quick service, came early.

Omg they have EVERYTHING!! any kind of ice cream or paleta you want, they have!! Even the ones that you never heard of or thought to be possible paletas! The employees are very welcoming and answering all your questions. Like I said, flavors you didn't even knew existed lol. I really recommend this place, specially now that it's summer!! Hello?! La Michoacana Plus has a lot of snacks to pick from. Their agua de fresa is a MUST have, it is very creamy and tastes like fresas con crema. My only complaint is the wait. They only had one employee on a Saturday which he was trying to fulfill orders as fast as he could.

Danny, the manager, has amazing customer service! We had lots of questions and not once did he make us feel like we were being a nuisance. They also have really good snacks!

Went there today the young dude behind the counter was rude kept asking him to put ice in my 7 dollar drink he ignored us probably cuz he was blasting his dirty mumble Rap with bad words I will never go back & I will tell all family & friends to go elsewhere

i went in to buy an esquite and it was so nasty the flavor tasted like the ingredients used were old. the service was not bad although the girl working there looked like she didn't want to be there.

Don't recommend ordering online or through one of the delivery apps. I ordered from Grubhub and they stated a wait time of 45 minutes, when it was supposedly ready I got a text saying "your order is ready" I drove to pick it up and when I got there the girls working had no idea I had placed an order. They said their tablet hadn't been working (so maybe stop receiving online orders). Anyway, I had to wait a bit longer (not very long, the girls were pretty fast at getting my order together and I get it's not the workers fault but management). Problem 2) my boyfriend ordered a "sandwich" because he was hungry. On Grubhub it shows that they have a and image of a sandwich you can order. So he did... but what I got was an ice cream sandwich. The image on grub hub is two pieces of bread w ham etc and actual sand which. The description of the sandwich does not say "ice cream". So that was another WTF! Problem 3) I know my boyfriend didn't want an ice cream sandwich because he ordered a paleta. So I asked the girls to credit me for the ice cream sandwich, told them I didn't want. We'll they couldn't give me a refund or return my money because again the grub hub tablet wasn't working. Also the Bionicos are not what they used to be, the overall experience was very poor. It's still good for paletas but I honestly wouldn't recommend to order online, just walk in.
