Have had the pleasure of dining on Limelight offerings on the set of Hawaii 5-0 and Magnum P.I. here in Hawaii and am always impressed at how they serve dishes that reflect our wide ranging cultures...Euro, Asian, Middle Eastern, Hawaiian, etc. They seem to nail authentic flavors that vary but still complement each other. As a background "extra," it is a treat to look forward to, and each time I learn something that adds to my own culinary ambitions. The only downside is the tendency to overeat, but as I told my better half, "the only way to lose weight is to gain weight first..."
