Muy mal servicio esmeralda fue nuestra mesera, La comida se tardó demasiado tiempo estuvimos esperando por un buen tiempo No les recomiendo nada de este lugar los precios demasiados elevados y la comida no tiene nada de sabor, estuve esperando un taco de pulpo y nunca me trajeron el taco, terminé de comer y asta ya de último cuando avía terminado me lo trajo pésimo servicio.

Food was average, and it took a very long time to be seated. There was no greeting, no lost to take down name to recall who came in first for seating, they appeared understaffed. Once seated waitress was friendly. Ordered oysters, and one was bad, possibly the onion they topped it with.

Restaurant don't look that busy. It's valentines Day but we have been waiting here for about 30 minutes a lot of empty tables. However, the waitresses are slow in sitting people. Live music is ok. however, the volume is too loud. I just need to bring it down almost half.how ever this review is almost done and we are still waiting and let me let you guys know it took me a while to do this post

The food and service was great. Just the music was very loud, it left our ears ringing and we couldn’t have a conversation with our friends at all. We asked the sever to tell the grupo to turn it down and they did and then the music was loud again. Will be back though amazing food.

Service is really slow, the waitresses take their time to come to your table. It took us about 10 minutes to get asked about our drinks and then another 15 to get the drinks. We asked for the bill, and it took 15 minutes. On top of that, the waitresses were chit-chatting. Food is ok. I will definitely NOT go back.

The waitress became upset when I asked her to remove the bucket of beers from the tab as we were not going to drink them and I was ready to go home. Her people etiquette was quite poor. Music was loud but banda is loud food is OK. I prefer to go elsewhere service is everything.

First time here We went here in September 8 Friday around 3pm place was okay and food is good but the waitresses were unattended and distant. We called one of them but they were talking so they ignored until I made the signal again. So I don’t think we are coming back…pay attention to customers and talk later…service is everything!
