I went in at 8:40 on 12/28/25 after work, I wanted to make this reviews because the staff is always outstanding there. I truly like that panda location on foothill, I believe that the general manager was serving up my food. The portions were nice, I’ve been to LA Cañada Panda, Paxton, Lakeview locations and from my perspective the customer service and food is always on point on foothill Panda. Even though I work in fast food too, I truly believe this panda on foothill is the best. I go there once a week or sometimes twice a week the quality there is outstanding there. I truly appreciate it and for that reason I’ll be returning soon.

I just spent $25.84 on dinner for my pregnant girlfriend and myself. When i got home and sat down to enjoy our meal i discovered the empty space where my teriyaki chicken should've been. I called repeatedly but the automated service kept hanging up on me. Now I'm left hungry and disappointed and feel like i got ripped off. You owe me one order of teriyaki chicken !

I came in with my friends and we ordered six items we got them quickly and our server Daisy V was very nice and helped us signed up for the rewards program.
There was a long line to order and the manager keeps doing the online order first even though most of the people in line were there already when the online order tickets comes in. Then when it comes to mine order- guess what? Beijing beef not available for another 7-8 minutes . it took me over 30 minutes from start to finish up. Bad and slow Customer service!
