If I could give 0 stars I would. Just the other day I decided to eat at the patio area here with my boyfriend NOT EVEN INSIDE There is a Shakey's pizza next door, we always clean up after ourselves. We sat outside in patio area. As we're eating both a chef and the manager came out and told me we couldn't eat any other food there beside panda. I use to work at panda in a shopping center as well, that is not true. We always allowed our guest the courtesy of eating all foods there at our patio area in Encino. So unprofessional, they said because we were almost done that we could finish. I just don't understand why if they were going to allow us to finish eating there to even say anything. Anyways, we're done my boyfriend went to go throw the box in the trash can outside, I'm grabbing our stuff getting ready to leave and the manager who is a girl comes, same one and tells me to "make sure I clean up and wipe down the tables" I just found that very rude, I was already going to and did, but I'm sure if I was a customer eating panda she never would have told me to clean up, very rude. Don't come to this location. Very rude owners. It was the lady manager and the chef, not sure if he was another manager or the main chef. They were both wearing all black. Very rude people. We never even went inside the panda, we were minding our business.

Judel has horrible customer service. We waited for over 10 mins for eggs rolls which wasn't the biggest issue. After he put the eggs rolls that we were waiting for into the bowl, he then helped someone that was new then put ours in a box after I mentioned something. Why he didn't put the 8 egg rolls we ordered straight into a box for us. Maybe more training to help better maximize time for himself and the company.

unfortunately I had a rather unpleasant experience. While enjoying my meal, I was shocked to discover a worm in my broccoli. This was a clear indication of poor food quality and hygiene standards!!!

The food is always great and never has anything that's bad about it. The service is really good except that one time where I was waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to give me a teriyaki sauce. Overall the Ambience was good it never feels bad going in this Panda Express.

just plain disgusting food undercooked it was a hot day they had no air conditioning the people cooking the food the people serving the food sweating in the food got home took about 3 bites and threw it

$35 before tax for a family pack and this is considered a "large" side? Completely jipped on portions. Other locations aren't that egregious.These people expect a tip too, just for doing their job.Don't worry, a complaint has already been filed with corporate for this store.

Normally I go to the one on Paxton by the Costco but this one is closer to my house. I ordered on the app because I just wanted to go in quickly and leave. Of course my order wasn't ready.When I came in, there was a long line and went to app orders, no on even acknowledged me. I finally spoke up and they just walked away to check but never came back to inform me. I kept waiting for someone to say something but they didn't. By now everyone in the line had received their order so I went to that line and asked about my order. They said they were waiting for 1 item. 15 minutes later my order was ready so it took them a total of 25 min from when I entered the order on the app. Upon making sure the order was correct, I realized that they reduced the portion size of each of my items which is the only reason to get Panda! I tried to complain to the server/kid but he just looked dumbfounded. I finally e asked for the Manger who had the same look as the kid. He ended up giving me an extra side of 2 if the entrees and the super greens. Well now they've lost a customer.
