Don't Order by phone Pizza hut decided to hire third party to take phone orders and they obviously make commission off pizza! I ordered 1 stuffed crust pizza the person gave me a crazy number 32 bucks for 1 large pizza. I go online cancel the order the pizza is 16 bucks online don't bother calling just place orders online or in person.

We have not been to this Pizza Hut in such a long time. But Way back then, the place was not inviting. Today we were in for a nice surprise. They had remodeled and it looked beautiful. Very nice. The gentleman that took our order at the counter was very nice. Went out of his way to accommodate us and help us to decide what to order. Just a really personal gentlemen. Will be back because of him. The food was perfect. Both in taste, quality and temperature.

The pizza was so soggy and undercooked it looked they just brushed it with sauce and added 3 pieces of cheese , the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed, the crust was like cardboard, and the delivery took over an hour - the only thing worse than the pizza itself was the customer service that couldn't even bother to apologize for the atrocious quality. I personally called to make sure that they had enough change at the time of my delivery. They couldnāt even accommodate or apologize for that. To top it off the manager at the time which is right now couldnāt even bother to apologize or accommodate me for a future discount he acted as if he could not find my account, considering the fact that I had lived in the same location for 12 years and have been ordering, obviously things have not changed they continue to be disgustingly unprofessional. As if that wasnāt enough I went into the location and I saw a roach on the ground at that point I just threw away my food I didnāt even bother to fight with a guy $50 down the drain and not one. Iām sorry save your money and buy your pizza. Somewhere else worst place on earth Iām considering calling corporate and making sure that they get this location shut down and calling the health department as well.

This place had awesome customers was walking by and asked if my 4 year old could use the restroom they said no I offered to buy something just so I can use the restroom and they still were extremely rude told me the laundry mat next door was .25 cents tu use their facility

I wish i could give this establishment 0 STARS!!!! I came here for a nice meal with my family and I, expecting an amazing meal with great service. The food was okay just overpriced. Wanted to get 2 packs of ranch but it was almost 3 dollars for them. I am so disappointed. While trying to enjoy my meal, the staff were making it uncomfortable. They were side eyeing and giggling at us. The ambiance was awful as well. There was no people at all and was quiet. I am very upset that this is the only pizza hut around my area and not even one worth going to. Please do not come here if you want to have a good time with friends and family.
This was probably one the worst Pizzas I have ever had in my life. Part of the crust was raw, and they actually added some chicken even though I ordered a pizza with mushrooms only. So my pizza was $21 and it was awful. The box wasn't even closed properly when I left, it almost fell all over the floor on my way home. The Atmosphere is cool because they show Games and they have beer, but when I tried to order a beer it was a glass full of foam! I don't think I will ever come back, which is a shame because I live a few blocks away. So now I finished the pizza and still hungry and very annoyed. Now I have to go back out and find something else. This location gives Pizza Hut a bad name.

Evening shift doesn't understand what extra means. If im paying for an any topping pizza and i check off extra pineapple then they shouldnt sprinkle on pineapple as if its being deducted from their paycheck
