I came to this location after I got off work and the service was terrible. The Chicken was hard and they forgot to give me my biscuit. I was very unsatisfied with my food and I will not be going back to that Popeyes again.

Nothing says Christmas like some Popeyes chicken! Was hungry and needed to get something that was open, and they just fit the bill. Salty, but tasty and and everyone likes fried chicken right? RIGHT? Overall, they did what I needed, so thumbs up.
1 star review cause I had to provide a star. I ordered online and they forgot my Mac n cheese, biscuit, frozen lemonade and dipping sauce for my strips. They didn't add pickles to the original chicken sandwich and the second one had a mound of mayo on it. My chicken strips were cold but the sandwiches were hot. Save yourself the trouble.

Went in today and was greeted by host “MGR”, hopefully not the manger because she’s just a terrible example for the rest of her employees on what customer service should be. She was really cut and dry just like the chicken that was served to me in my sandwich, they can’t seem to get the meat temperature right it’s either really dry or undercooked I’m really disappointed and what’s worse is the attitude “MGR” gave me when I raised my concerns for the sandwich being the way it was

After waiting 20 min in line to order, the cashier said when I'm next in line that they have to close now because there is only 1 cook. I told her why dors the cook need to take a lunch break because that's why I'm here and I waited already. So here I am waiting thru my lunch break for the cook to catch up on orders. Its a holiday. They should have planned accordingly. Issues once again here. She did offer me a free soda for my wait but I ended up with regular chikn when I ordered spicy. I'm done

After coming back and disappointed from the other location on Rinaldi and Laurel Canyon I Stop here around 4:10 pm on 11/21/2023 and get some Fried Chicken....I Order the 20 pcs from the Menu and this man name is ***JUSTIN*** make the Day!..You can tell right away when they do a good Customer service...I was afraid to stop by because of the Reviews but after this man JUSTIN attended to me...I'll leave 5 stars ...He deserved ?100 % Recommend to a FriendsParking: Few 50 ft from the StoreKid-friendliness: Save my commentWheelchair accessibility: Safety

Called in an order, took almost 15 minutes to pick up the phone. I ordered and when I pick it up and got home, my damn order was wrong......on 11/6/23 @ 3:55 p.m. just in case the owner wants to check who was working that day.
